Check the Many Active Jobs mail address and Google it - Unit 24167, PO Box 6945, also used by 4 other 'job advertisers'

We received an unsolicited email received from jobcourage promoting 31 quite attractive jobs across all skill sets. Several companies are not located in the area! And then 92+ more if click on another link! I think NOT.
If this is how they grovel for clients then it shows what sharks they are, taking advantage of those out of work. Shame on them all!
