Best one out there

It does what it's meant to do and it also saves me a ton of time. Of course it's has its mess ups from time to time but thats to be expected. That's anything with AI and automations. I really love this app compared to others

The fake good people behind Manychat

If they hired me, I could increase Manychat's rating by high customer satisfaction rate of 80-90% based on my past experiences! But they wasted my time and energy until the 4th stage of the interview by bringing illogical stup!d reasoning with no proof to reject me! Ofc I am overqualified for them!

I tried to login my ManyChat account to test the product for the interview but it was full of error messages! Wrong redirections, error 404, etc.

Im not able to log in to my original manychat account which was linked via facebook because i lost access to my facebook account. I have a secondary instagram account linked that i cant link now to a new manychat account because it says its already link to a manychat account.

Im paying for the service for many days now and im not getting anyhelp.

PLEASE HELP ME TO RECOVER MY ACCESS OR CANCEL MY PAYMENTS BECAUSE I CANT LOG IN

ManyChat has truly helped my business…

ManyChat has truly helped my business SO MUCH. I've been able to grow my newsletter to over 30k subscribers in less than a few months because of their automations. I've also been able to communicate with my audience so much more than I'd be able to without them and it's been a huge help to provide my audience with more value! I recommend them to everyone!!

Terrible solution for Whatsapp automations

Terrible solution, doesn't work on Zapier, no documentation and to find out you have to pay a full subscription.

Clunky interface and very hard to connect everything so it actually "starts" working.

I don't recommend this, a product build with little care and usability.

No refund attention.
After I request them a refund for duplicate service (I did not use one of them), they refused to give me a refund. Very unethical.

SMTP Email Sending Down for 10 Days – No Refund

Unacceptable service! The SMTP email sending feature has been down for over 10 days, completely crippling our business operations. Despite the prolonged outage, we haven’t received any updates, fail reports, or even an offer for a refund.

We rely on this functionality for critical sales processes, and the downtime has cost us thousands of euros. The lack of communication and accountability from the team is incredibly frustrating.

If you’re looking for a reliable service, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. This experience has been nothing short of disastrous.
