On your payment form you do not include account address as well as delivery address (mine is different) so initially my bank declined payment - I changed my address which worked but now I'll have to get the glasses delivered. I have not received my glasses as yet so still unsure as to effectiveness or quality

I'm not sure that I will be satisfied…
I'm not sure that I will be satisfied with your product. The final conclusion will be made when I will receive it, use it and check whether it solves my problem.
I would like to make some comments on your interface, which I tried to read and understand. The problem I've encountered is that your text is very cumbersome, it uses many links, some of them not readable and some returns to text already read. BUT there are no technical data, not known how a WiFI booster is connected to WiFi (possibly it uses power cords?), not written what is a power plug etc. The agreement, which you suggest to a customer to read, is very long and the only bottom line a user may conclude is that you are not responsible for anything (I even doubt that you may provide a guarantee, although I've paid for it), but a customer has a lot of obligations. Also, there is no comment on how long I have to wait for the product arrival.
Nevertheless, I hope that your product will be able to solve my problem. And then I will be fully satisfied.
