Very happy with their designs so far

Manypixels designers have worked on our website design, marketing collaterals and other ad hoc projects, the results have been great and consistent.

The turnaround is quick, and their designers are open to feedback and changes.

We will keep using them in the future!

Great team, super convenient, and solid design quality

We did our entire website rebrand with ManyPixels and have been really happy with the results. We are now mostly using them for our marketing collaterals.

The quality has been really consistent (although not perfect every time), but the designers are quick to make changes and actually listen to feedback. I also love that I can pause or switch priorities whenever I need to, which is great when my workload changes.

Their platform makes it very easy to manage multiple request projects concurrently. They also have a review tool which helps avoid unnecessary back and forth.

Used to Be Great; Now a Time Sink That Wastes More Than It Delivers

Used to Be Great; Now a Time Sink That Wastes More Than It Delivers

I have been a ManyPixels customer for over four years, and for much of that time, the service worked well. However, over the past year, the experience has significantly deteriorated. What was once a reliable design solution has become a frustrating drain on my time and resources.

The quality of work has declined sharply. Projects that should take a couple of days now stretch into weeks, often requiring 5 to 11 rounds of revisions—and even then, the final output is frequently unusable. This is not a matter of subjective design preferences; it's about basic execution failures and an inability to follow clear written instructions.

Communication has become evasive, accountability is lacking, and it often feels like their goal is simply to check a box rather than deliver usable results. I now spend more time job of clarifying requests, following up, and revising work that should have been done right the first time. Instead of streamlining my workflow, ManyPixels has become a source of wasted time and frustration.

Communication has become evasive, accountability is lacking, and it often feels like their goal is simply to check a box rather than deliver usable results. The service is now unreliable and time-consuming. Quality and professionalism have slipped, and the risk of lost time and opportunity is real. Proceed with caution, especially if you need results that are timely, accurate, and aligned with your objectives.

Update in response to Q's Nov 26, 2025 message below: This isn't about winning an argument—as a business owner, I'd have preferred good service over writing writing this.

Key facts:
(1) For 6+ months I raised issues with my point of contact, who repeatedly acknowledged outputs were unusable. The CEO only engaged after I posted publicly on TrustPilot.

(2) Quentin notes I was "still an active client" but omits that he ended our subscription, writing he was "not confident in [their] capacity to meet expectations"—a written admission they couldn't deliver what they sold.

(3) He calls me "exigent." The "details" were objective: don't reuse rejected layouts, use horizontal not vertical, follow the written brief. Basic execution.

(4) Yes, early years were good—that's why this decline matters. My interest was simple: usable output, clear instructions followed, timely delivery.

When the CEO states he can't meet the service level advertised, and spends more time trying to convince me to remove my truthful review than fixing the problem and/or refunding for lack of services, warning others becomes necessary. I can't help but wonder how many other negative reviews were removed after pressure and false responses from Quentin...

I will no longer be responding on this thread so buyer beware.

Reply from ManyPixels

Hi, Quentin here, CEO of ManyPixels.

- Nicholas has been a customer since May 2021, with 51 consecutive months of subscription.
- During this time, we successfully delivered hundreds of design projects, including his company’s current branding.
- Nicholas is still an active client and has never requested to cancel.
- Nicholas has also benefited from long-term preferential pricing on his subscription.

Nicholas has been happy with the service and his assigned designer(s) for a long time. However, due to internal factors (maternity leave, scheduling changes, etc.), we had to reassign new designers, and the collaboration has been challenging since then.

Because we have not scale our hiring efforts quickly enough and also because Nicholas can be quite exigent and details oriented (which is completely ok), we have had a difficult time finding him a good “match”. This is on us.

At the same time, the constant criticism and negative interactions, both privately and publicly, have taken a toll on the moral of the team. This partnership is no longer productive for either side. For this reason, we have decided to end the subscription once the current projects are completed.

I genuinely believe this review does not reflect the 4+ years of successful work together. I hope Nicholas will reconsider and update/remove it in recognition of the value we have delivered throughout our long collaboration.

Timely, clean design, and efficient work

I haven't been with my company long, but ManyPixels has made it easy for a start-up to feel like we have an in house designer.

The team (Irfan and Jolrey) we mainly work with is efficient and timely. We had a client mention she felt our graphics were appealing and eye catching that ManyPixels created.

The only downside I have come across so far is the stock images. They don't align with our target market so it can take a few tries to find the right fit. The team is always willing, professional, and flexible when we do provide feedback.

Excellent designs, communication, and value

ManyPixels offers impressive design quality, excellent communication, and outstanding value. Their talented team consistently produces work that exceeds expectations.

While designer skill levels may occasionally vary, their highly responsive management team will readily reassign projects to ensure your satisfaction.

I'm highly interested in upgrading to the dedicated designer plan. The ability to work consistently with a preferred designer would be an exceptional advantage. I'll report back when I do so.

Reliable and consistent

I use several design-as-a-subscription services and ManyPixels is the most reliable and consistent.

As with all these services, you get back what you ask for. So you do have to be creative and very explicit with the design briefs you write.

However, the response times are good and the designs are professional. For most business owners, this will be faster, better and more cost-effective than doing it themselves or hiring freelancers.

I still recommend ManyPixels above all the other design-as-a-subscription services. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

We hired Many Pixels because as a marketing team of 3 our workload for our corporation became too much. Dann is absolutely amazing and his work is exactly our style. He takes direction and runs with it and we are so amazed with his work.

Triple Bank for the Buck!

At first I was a bit nervous with a creative service for a monthly fee. Boy was I wrong. ManyPixles, and Dann, were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond expectations.
We constantly threw "hot" requests at Dann who met deadlines imposed on our startup for important meetings.
I've worked with creative ad agencies for many years, internal creative teams and many well known startups, and having a talented designer "on staff" without any of the HR, hiring, or any other details is a major factor of Many Pixels benefits. Having a dedicated designer assigned to us allowed us to communicate effectively and for Dann to learn our needs and market.
We are in the fintech space which like any industry has it's own language. Dann was able to grasp the objective even though the language and compliance requirements were foreign, we still ended up with beautiful presentations, website designs, amazing logos.
I have no problem recommending ManyPixels, Dann, and the many other team members who occasionally covered for Dann during our lengthy relationship.

Give ManyPixels a try, they are worth the very affordable fee and much more.

The Ultimate Creative Partner for Your Business

As an entrepreneur, finding the perfect creative partner is like discovering a gold mine, and ManyPixels has proven to be just that for me. I've been working with them for almost 4 years now (since June 2019), and they've helped me create outstanding brand identities, marketing assets, illustrations, and GIFs for my various businesses. Their service has not only met but exceeded my expectations, so I felt compelled to share my experience here on Trust Pilot.

🎨 Creativity Unleashed
From the very beginning, the ManyPixels designers demonstrated a remarkable level of creativity and attention to detail. The logos they crafted for my brands were distinct, memorable, and perfectly in line with the image I wanted to project. Their illustrations and GIFs are equally impressive, showcasing a unique blend of artistry and skill that has truly elevated my marketing campaigns.

📚 Comprehensive Brand Style Guides
ManyPixels went above and beyond when it came to developing comprehensive brand style guides. They provided detailed information on color palettes, typography, and overall design aesthetic, making it incredibly easy for me to maintain consistency across all of my branding efforts. This attention to detail has allowed me to create a cohesive and powerful brand identity.

🎯 Capturing the Vision
One of the most remarkable aspects of working with ManyPixels is their ability to capture my vision and bring it to life. I've provided them with a variety of briefs, ranging from straightforward to highly conceptual, and every single time, they've managed to create designs that perfectly embody the message I wanted to convey. It's as if they can read my mind!

⏰ Timely Deliverables and Revisions
When it comes to timeliness, ManyPixels is exceptional. They've consistently delivered high-quality work within the agreed-upon timeframe, and in some cases, even earlier than expected. Their efficient revision process is also commendable, as they've always been responsive to my feedback and made the necessary adjustments to ensure the final product is exactly what I envisioned.

👥 Finding the Right Designer
Although my experience with ManyPixels has been overwhelmingly positive, I must admit that I've encountered a couple of instances where the assigned designer and I didn't seem to be on the same wavelength. However, the ManyPixels team was understanding and more than willing to assign a new designer to my project, which ultimately led to a successful outcome. It's refreshing to work with a company that's committed to finding the right fit for each client.

🤝 Exceptional Customer Support
Last but not least, I must highlight the incredible customer support provided by ManyPixels. Their team is friendly, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience. They've gone the extra mile to address any concerns or questions I've had, further solidifying their commitment to client satisfaction.

In short, ManyPixels has been an invaluable partner in shaping the visual identities of my businesses. Their exceptional creativity, skill, and customer service, combined with their willingness to find the perfect designer for each project, have made them an outstanding choice for anyone in need of top-notch design services.
