Strict and not transparent refund and exchange process
The maps arrived in the expected conditions - however make sure you know that you will like the posters before you see them in real. They have a completely inflexible return and refund policy. I ordered 2 posters (the most classic ones from London and Köln). It was a present and unfortunately I could not send them back, exchange nor be refunded. A better transparency would certainly be appreciated by customers!
