This is my second parking slot with Maple Parking in 2 weeks , it’s so easy to book - really fair pricing and you can drop off at South terminal and pick up at North terminal ( meet and great ) 10 out of 10 .

Kept my keys and moved my car 3 times
It wasn’t made clear at all that they kept my car keys. I could see by my vehicle tracker that my car was moved 3 times, when I ask them about it they just said it was all in the terms and conditions. They didn’t care. Other customs at the time also had similar concerns.

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with the process. We do clearly state within the booking confirmation and terms and conditions that customers are required to leave their keys with us, as vehicles are moved to and from our secure off-site storage compounds during the parking period.
Vehicle movements between compounds and operational areas are a normal part of how we operate our parking services, and this is why retaining keys is necessary. We appreciate that vehicle trackers can sometimes cause concern if customers are unfamiliar with the process, however all vehicle movements are carried out by authorised and insured staff only.
Thousands of customers use our services every day across the country and are very happy with the convenience and security of the process we provide.

Excellent service. I’ve used meet and greet at T 5 Heathrow for over 20 years, but MAPLE meet and greet are my first choice the last 3 years they are well above the rest and do what they promise, won’t use anyone else at the moment, I think they have set the bar to the test!

Easy drop off and pick up procedures. Buses running frequently. Good service overall.
Only thing I could recommend is that there were mud marks in my car from the drivers who parked my car and it would be good to clean shoes before driving away or wearing some disposable cover on shoes.
