Purchased a 223 renegade made by maple ridge. Tried numouse times to contact company for information. Every attempt was ignored and leaving messages and phone number for return call was left unanswered as well. Would avoid MRA in the future due to poor customer support.

Absurd cancellation policy
They have a policy that charges 5% for all cancelled orders (even if you were to cancel the order immediately after placing it). I’ve never seen anything like it ever before.

We're sorry you feel this way. During checkout, you accept these terms and conditions. The 5% covers our credit card processing fees along with the time spent packaging and getting the order ready to ship. Besides that, we offer a FULL refund in terms of an in-store credit; which waives the 5% fee.
