I believed I was ordering a street map…
I believed I was ordering a street map to use as a means of becoming familiar with the town. What I received was an outline containing roadways with no names. I experienced a loss of $139.97, and was told that there was no recourse. I believe the fact that roadways were not identified should be clearly stated on Mapmory's site.

We apologize for any confusion caused by our website not clearly stating that the road names are not included on our maps. However, the product title "Sun City West Arizona Map Poster, Modern Home Decor Wall Art Print" indicates that it is intended as a decorative item. Since this map covers a large area, including road names would result in very small and hard-to-read text. To enhance the visual appeal for decoration purposes, we have designed it without detailed labels.
We have now updated our product images, and the second image for each map clearly zooms in on a specific area so you can see the details more clearly.
I hope this explanation helps and provides some clarity.

Helpful, quick and good quality
In my opinion a very helpful company with great quality product.
When you have specific wishes they think along with you, to make sure you get exactly what you want.

Map was in the frame upside down, even then, not all tabs were bent right. Had balanced hardware to hang it horizontal, but not vertical.

Bought several in 2 different sizes. They are good quality and shipped quickly and with protective rolls or envelopes to avoid bending. My only criticism is why don't they come in sizes standard to frame sizes?

Great service
I'm very happy w my order...just what I wanted. The order process was easy. Pleasantly surprised that there was no shipping charge. Only thing that concerned me was when I was notified that the item shipped, there wasn't an ETA on delivery or who would deliver it.
