Fast, Thorough and Efficient Service

I was impressed by the speed in which my lesions were diagnosed and the thorough reports that followed which were clear to understand. I also received a call to check that I had read the reports and was going to book an appointment with my GP, as advised.

Great concept

Great concept and avoided a face to face GP appointment.
Reports came back quickly.

The only downside is we found the lens difficult to use, as it seemed that all the photos were out of focus.

Quick and accurate.

Great to be able to get a quick and accurate diagnosis. The lens is not that easy to use and took a few attempts to get a good photo. Would always need another person to assist. Results came back within a few days but no contact from a doctor after one week.
