A VERY fast and efficient service!

Very thorough, results came back quite quick. Very happy with the whole service. Would definitely recommend them!

Quick, efficient service. The downside was how difficult it was to get a decent, clear photo of the lesion. Must have been 20 minutes and around 15 attempts !

Larissa was great, you can feel her passion with what she is doing and she is very knowledgable. Larissa kept me well informed during the process and I felt comfortable throughout. Even though it was an appointment in the late evening, Larissa took her time and was very thorough. I highly recommend going to see her if you have any mole concerns. Thankfully my results came back all clear but i am also now more aware of what to look out for thanks to Larissa.

I signed up to Map My Mole so I could offer professional mole checking to patients in my clinic.

The app is extremely easy to use and customer support is easily available within the app.

My patients all comment on how impressed they are with the service. Within just a few days (or sometimes just a few hours) of seeing me, they receive a full written report regarding their mole and any ‘next steps’ that are required.

Thankfully for most patients it has provided peace of mind that their moles are nothing to worry about. However, we have also picked up a number of lesions which have required urgent treatment. With the MMM report, the patient has been able to fast-track their referral to dermatology via their GP. I have no doubt that we have helped saved lives since using Map My Mole!

I have this service in my clinic - The Expert Skin Clinic. I have been offering it since October 2024, I used it for myself as I had a very subtle pink patch at the top of my forehead. The working diagnosis of a BCC came back super quick within hours. I actually had this removed with Dr Toby Nelson and it was in fact a BCC.

I have used the service since then for patients in the clinic with results coming back usually between 2-48 hours both myself and all the patients I’ve screened feel it’s an excellent service. Not only have I found BCCS I have also found melanoma, this service has saved the patients life as it’s the early detection that meters with melanoma.

We have also given peace of mind to lots o patients worrying about lesions that are absolutely fine. Taking the pressure off the NHS this truly is a great service.
