I had to pay import tax, was not made aware

Prompt service. A little disappointed in the Atlas. Not all state and national campgrounds are listed in the index.

My second order with MapsCompany. This order was 5-6 maps that I chose from their website and ordered on-line. Guess what? You will not believe it:
All the maps in my order arrived at my house exactly as promised. One package. Everything in perfect condition. I do have to call them on timing since my order arrived a day early.

I did have a minor problem with my first order. I subsequently got an email from the owner (Christian?) who made things right at his expense. That is the main reason I came back for my second order.

That is plenty good for me. I received exactly what I ordered - quickly, well organized, and in perfect condition. What else could you want? You even have the owner who will put things straight if something goes awry. That earns a 5 rating from me.

Drives me nuts to see reviews like "... I was going to give them a 5, but mine arrived with a hair on it, so I dropped my rating to a 2..."

I gave them a 5 because everything went just the way I expected. I do confess to not checking for hairs. I'll place my third order with these folks when I need to.

Nothing wrong with actual product when received, liked the clear plastic protective sleeve.
BUT, it was so slow in getting to me, I had been and done the journey before the map arrived !!!
Still, will of course be useful next time.................Thanks

Great maps . They even arrived in a timely manner better than amazon.
I highly recommend them.

Took slightly longer than predicted to reach England but otherwise, fine.

Company is a good place to find old maps. I will used your map company again. Keep finding old county maps of S.C. / N.C. And put them on your site. THANKS Jeff Hinson

Extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The co owner was even involved in helping make sure my international order was delivered safely after some initial (very minor) issues. I immediately purchased another map from them.

It has been over a week since I placed an order and received a confirmation email of that order for two items that were both in stock. The confirmation email stated that I would get an email when the order shipped. I have not yet received an email that my order has shipped, nor have I received the order. At this point, it is likely too late for the order to be of any use to me (I placed an order for the necessary maps 3 weeks ahead of a backpacking trip, with 4-6 day shipping, but now with just over 1 week left before I leave, it seems very unlikely that I will have the maps in time to use). It will take a concerted effort by MapsCompany to rectify the situation for me to ever shop with them again.

The map I would give 5 stars. I gave only 4 because it took a month to get.
USPS I would give 1 star. From Minnesota it went to Iowa to Detroit. From Detroit to Chicago for a week. From Chicago it went to Pittsburg the back to Detroit. Finally it came. The map is just what I was looking for.

Had maps I needed.

Atlas arrived in excellent condition. Delivery took 19 days from date of order. 15 days from date shipped. However, this appears to be a USPS issue, not the vendor.

It is worth noting that when contacted the vendor was very responsive to my needs and did everything they could at their end to get the atlas into my hands. I am impressed by their personal attention.

Maps came very quickly and were exactly what I needed as it seems very few gas stations carry maps anymore.

Prompt shipping and excellent customer service.
