I ordered a map for an upcoming trip
I ordered a map for an upcoming trip, and that map came very promptly. The second map ordered (which was for the same country, different region) is still not here despite being ordered over 3 weeks ago. The family members who were the ones needing these maps have now departed for their trip.

Poor service - maps never sent - emails not answered
I ordered maps. They were listed as in stock website. The website indicated shipping by USPS 3-5. Two weeks later, they had not arrived. I emailed to ask status and did not receive a reply.
