Don't normally write these but from ordering the samples to receiving the goods cannot fault marblemosaics. I have not opened all the tile boxes but on initial inspection all goods have been expertly packaged and arrived in good order. Great price great product great company 👍

I wouldn't buy from Marble Mosaics again. Learnt my lesson, always be weary of any splashing the word 'Premium' all over their websites. Very few of the 131 Travertine tiles we purchased from them were premium, far from it. The attached picture show how poorly the tiles were finished. Worse still, I paid £55 for the courier service and they broke 12 tiles; some of these were broken tiles that they had stuck back together. I was told by Marble Mosaics that this is the reason why I need to order 10% more than what I think I may need, because they may get broken in transit! Surely not, surely they should reach me in one piece and the 10% is a safeguard for me just in case I, the customer, break a tile?? We had left the whole consignment until the weekend and then reported the issues on the following Monday. We were then told then we only had 48hrs to make any claim. No one can surely inspect all 131 tiles and report this back in such a short time?! We were so disappointed and the quality of the product so poor that we decided to call it a dead loss and ordered the same from elsewhere; we lost £1119 on this order! Please, please don't get cause out yourself, buy from someone more reputable.

Very pleased with the service, both pre order with samples etc, and post order with accurate delivery, well packed and protected stone slabs.
Price was fair, carriage reasonable and the technical advice and offer to store until we were ready for delivery all important to us.
Recommended company, we were glad to deal locally and will definitely use them again, thanks.

Just re done our downstairs toilet/ shower room after 25 years it was in dire need of a makeover. Orders samples from marble mosaics which arrived promptly. Decided to bite the bullet and ordered Asian Tan pebble mosaic and wooden split face wall cladding. Excellent products from a really excellent company. Brilliant quality coupled with first class service
I would highly recommend these products and def recommend Marble Mosaics. They were helpful throughout and we were kept up to date with the order progress. Delivered on time and in good condition. This is a real review and I speak as I find - no mates favours, dodgy deals or back handers 😀

I purchased black quartz tiles from this company and can highly recommend them. I dealt with Ian who replied to all of my queries very quickly and in detail.

We ordered a large quantity of 900 *600 limestone floor tiles for indoors and thicker stones in the same size for the patio. The stone looks great, the prices are really good and Ian was really helpful, allowing us to pay a deposit and reserve the stones in advance of calling them up for delivery, so this is the one part of our project which wasn't hit with supply delays!

These guys are a real find. Really good range of tiles, well displayed and very competitive on price. If you can get to the yard that is a real bonus and the stone sinks and baths are worth a trip on their own. We’ve already been back for a second project.

I recently bought a set of granite paving slabs from Marble Mosaics and I'm extremely happy with them.
I communicated with MM initially via email to get a sample and then inquire about price and availability, and then by phone for the final arrangements. They responded very quickly every time, and were really helpful in answering all of my questions so I felt comfortable ordering from them. The sample we received was a little bigger that those we had from other suppliers, and was labeled on the back with the details of the stone and the supplier (a little thing, but useful).
The slabs arrived on two pallets and were well packaged - communication was also good from the haulier.
There were no breakages and the stone looks great. The quality seems good and the price was as good as we could find for the type of stone.
I would definitely use Marble Mosaics again - thanks!

I searched for ages to find the perfect washbasin, and couldn’t believe it when I finally found it at Marble Mosaics.
It is just GORGEOUS!!
Not only that but I could choose the exact basin that was in stock, rather than just agreeing to get whatever one was next in line, which is the process with other companies selling natural stone basics.
It arrived quickly and the customer service was excellent.
I would highly recommend.

I love these guys! Fabulous quality stone - mine even had fossils in it; they have the perfect grouting to match. But the piece de resistance is the Marble pedestal sink, which is £300 cheaper than anywhere else and is absolutely a piece of art.
The customer service is fantastic. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you thank you. You have made my guest cloakroom go from a public urinal to a five star luxury hotel look.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! This is the rudest company I have ever dealt with ..... we placed an order totalling to over £1000 and we had over 17% of the order come damaged, which the company refused to fix due to us not reporting it within 48hrs. I previously rang the company to explain we had damaged goods and they told me to put it in to an email, I did this 4 days after receiving our items and not once on the phone did they tell us it had to be reported within a specific time scale and instead told us to read the terms and conditions. In my person opinion 4 days is an acceptable time scale to report such damages and regardless of the situation it is unacceptable to receive that amount of broken goods. Ian the owner has the worst attitude and customer service I have ever dealt with and because of this I was forced to purchase more tiles from a different company. Do not give this man any of your hard earnt money. Im sure there are lots of family run businesses more deserving of the money.

I just called to find out some dimensions. "No idea" and "you'll have to find those out yourself" aren't what I'd consider a way to secure a sale. Or am I just being unreasonable?

Absolutely disgusting aggressive rude owner guessing called Stuart! Saw him shouting and being aggressive and abusive at his own staff and also shouting at other customers in my short visit to this company. I left straight after. I don't know how he isn't locked up in prison! Just read the other reviews!

Second time I’ve used this company and their service and product quality is first class. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for unique, individual river rock basins!

I have never been so disappointed in a company. I recently ordered some outdoor sandstone slabs which are faulty. Not cheap ones either. Even ones still in the pallet are clearly stained/bleached. When we have tried to discuss this with the so called boss who is completely dismissive and arrogant. He won't even listen to our concerns. He claims that my builders have removed the slabs, laid them, cleaned them with something and then placed them back in pallet. I mean really! Absolutely disgusted in their service and customer care-emails go unanswered. This will be taken further by an independent ombudsman as clearly I am getting nowhere. Not how you run a business. Will never use them again.
