The high performance course absolutely changed my life. It taught me to really take action, structure, self discipline, great social skills, sales/negotiation and simply not caring so much. Before the course I was in a depressed state, with low energy levels. I had tons of wishes and did everything and nothing to become successful. Now I do have clear goals, clear daily plans, daily execution and real progress. My thinking changed. My environment changed as I became a social being. And my life just flipped around. Energy levels are higher, productivity is higher and life is just better. I had my doubts before the course, especially because I had already done some courses. But the personal connections and honest feedback from the coaches, the group calls on different important topics and the call to actions really made this course different than other courses.

One of the best decisions that you can make in your life. It is that simple.

I completed the 12 -week Advanced Course during the course of the spring. It proved to be a truly valuable experience, requiring tons of time whilst simultaneously bringing forth a myriad of big and small ways to improve myself and the quality of my life, both professionally and privately.

All of the coaches are very good if not excellent, all giving valuable and tailored input throughout the course, and the framework really works. What, then, is keeping me from granting the full 5/5 stars? Well, the following:

1. The advanced course is a "guys only" course, which a) was a surprise to me, b) has a certain negative impact as far as gender stereotypes goes (even in the course material) and c) at times group discussions / coaching calls felt more like pick-up artistry rather than professional advice. I took this course with professional development in mind, and in that context any separation of genders is just not justifiable to me.

2. The pricing policy for the course is very much a "black box". Naturally, one could argue that the value provided differs from person to person (in the style of "what's it worth to you"?), but it's a vague defense for the lack of transparency as far as pricing goes - especially given that the course is still the same for everybody: Same video courses, same Facebook group, same course Zoom -calls.

Despite the negatives highlighted above, I can warmly and wholeheartedly recommend this course to anyone who wishes to become the best possible version of oneself. The comprehensive approach to each and every one life's central components, be it habits, planning, relationships, anxieties, stress, spirituality, leadership, communication or whatever in between, the Advanced Course has it covered, and there certainly is something to be brought along for everybody.
