Review request comes faster than product delivery
I have not yet received my order.
I got an order confirmation on 25th of April.
On 26th I'm informed that my order is on the way from Holland to Denmark, and I got a tracking number.
On the 29th I got a mail from a danish delivery-firm, Bring, saying that my order will arrive within 1-2 days. But shortly after that mail the order stopped moving. I've tried to contact Bring, but can only reach an AI-bot, and the only thing it can inform me is, what I myself can read via the tracking number.
My order hasn't moved since, and today we have May 6th.
On May 3rd I receive your request for a review.
Then I write to you both on email and in a formular on your website asking what to do.
I have not yet got any answer..

Review request is faster then product delivery
Update: below issue was caused by the 3rd party parcel delivery company. When Marcel’s understood there was a problem they adequately and timely solved it. Products are great as always!
20 April ordered, now 10 days later still no clue on when it will be delivered. I don’t need my order fast, but I do want to have an indication on the delivery time line so I have a feeling you guys have it under control and I can stop worrying about it.

We are very sorry to hear that you did not receive your parcel yet. Your order has already arrived at the DHL sorting center, so unfortunately we don't have any control of the delay of your parcel.

Great product.
It's not tested on animals, it cleans great and not in the last place great values for money. One thing I mis the soapbubbles abit during use that I get with a showgel from other brands. BUT I love the mimosa & zwarte bes fragrance😍
