How could one not like two people named Chuck and Marge!!!

The on-again, off-again tariffs created shipping issues. But I knew shipping would be slow. The important thing was that Chuck was responsive to emails and kept me updated.

The Bread Baskets are wonderful. I had received one as a gift years ago, and wanted several more. These are just what I wanted.

I have not heard anything about the order since the day the order was placed. I sent an email asking if the order has shipped, and I have not received a response.

Marche Provence staff have wonderful experience discussing French Table Linens Tabletop ideas with shoppers, to help them assemble the best looking combinations of table runners, placemats and napkins sets...That created a beautiful tabletop ensemble for my dinner parties!

I got the product yesterday. It looks very nice!
The only comment i have is that it took very long to get it.
However, the communication with the provider was fluent and excellent which assured me that everything is on track.

The owners treat you like family! When the tablecloth I ordered wouldn't arrive in time for my dinner party, Chuck shipped a display model to me in time! Along with some lavender and a lovely note. How amazing is that? Wow, incredible customer service! I am thrilled with their products and their personal touch!

They had what I was looking for at a great price.
