Bad customer service
I placed a phone order for 3 chrysler big block serpentine pulleys, when i got confirmation email i noticed they was wrong pulleys, he assured me they were the right ones, i received pulleys and they were wrong, called back and after several calls he said they sent wrong pulleys and he has got it taken care of and will be shipping out correct ones right away, a week later nothing, call back and for some reason they were not shipped said he'd check into it and call me back, 2 days later and no call...been waiting almost 3 weeks and still no pulleys ,very bad 1st experience with march performance and probably my last
