Terrible rip off. Ordered boots, then read reviews, cancelled order within four hours , received AI reply. Cancelled again received reply that cancellations must be made within 24 hours. It had been only 4-5 hours.
Goods sent out from Hong Kong, not London obviously when received , wrong size poor quality ,, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

An outright con!
Do not purchase from this store.
Garments not as described and then it costs more than the garment to ship back to Hong Kong.

Scam!!! Avoid at all costs. Thankfully my bank would not allow payment to go through and I have had to cancel my cards and blocky account while bank issues new cards.

I also had a very disappointing experience with Marco Marino. I ordered a large jacket, but they sent me a child-sized one instead. To make matters worse, they asked me to cover the return shipping costs. Do not trust this company !

Huge scam. 3xl size does not meet need despite ordering one size up. Does not say anywhere that the item comes from mainland china. As such while it looks good initially the material used is very cheap. the internal lining of the coat sounds like it is made from tissue paper.

This company is a scam….at the moment I am in a battle with them to return items and obtain a refund.
Mia has requested photographs and employing every tactic to just avoid a simple return and refund….
Whatever happened to consumer protection and rights. ? DO NOT BUY from this company….
Their sizing is wrong and their delivery times are extremely poor…..

Slow delivery, awful quality, poor fit, drop shipped from china, doesn't look like pictures at all

0 stars, This is complete garage clothing, using a fancy Italian name, everything about them is China based. Returns are literally impossible. This is the worst conning site I have ever came across disguised as a legit UK website.

I wish I had read these reviews in the first instance.
Quality is so poor. Feels like felt. I feel completely mislead and now have the pleasure of having to pay for the return shipping. Disastrous.

Ordered items advertised as linen for but received synthetic corduroy and cotton instead — completely different materials. Quality was poor and nothing like the website images.

When I requested a refund, they initially offered only 10-20% or demanded I pay expensive return shipping to China. After threatening formal complaints and citing the UK Consumer Rights Act, they agreed to a full refund but still insisted I pay return shipping, which is illegal under UK law for mis-described goods.

Avoid this company — the 85% one-star reviews are accurate. Save yourself the hassle.

If I could give lower I would. Pathetic quality. Buttons on shirt not even in a straight line. Some going fully in to the seam of the shirt. Threads hanging out. But of course. No refund without funding your own return. Despite proof of embarrassingly low quality.

Don’t order from these guys. The clothes are terrible quality and they’re not based locally. It’s temu quality crap and the cost to return is high because you have to shop all the way back to china

They have 1 star rating for a reason... They need to be shut down. I cancelled my order within their "24-hour cancellation policy" They proceeded to ship the item and have sent me the same scripted email every time i have tried to get them to resolve the matter. They have a corporate company in Hong Kong and I will be reporting them to the correct authorities as well as getting my money back. Mia which I'm sure isn't her actual name, also blocked my email address to try and prevent contact. I gave them well over a week to resolve the issue, but turns out they are the most rude and unhelpful people you will meet. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

This ''so called' clothes company is a total scam. They lure customers in by employing an Italian fashion titled company, with models wearing extremely well made and beautiful items. In reality their products, when they eventually reach you, bear no relation whatsoever to the clothes advertised on their website. They also dissuade you from returning the usually ill fitting and poorly made /quality garments by making you pay the return postage to China, which usually amounts to around £25. Why is this company still allowed to operate and scam unsuspecting customers? This site should have been taken down months ago.

I wish I'd read Trustpilot prior to purchasing what believed to be a genuine (cashmere)item. I'm now awaiting a refund from my bank.

Don't waste your time or money on this crap. It is not quality and when you request a return/ refund they quibble with offering you 20% etc.

Don't put yourself through the disappointment and stress and just avoid this 2bob business. By the way , if you see a Cashmere goat can you advise it to ditch the nylon!

I so wish , I had checked these fraudsters on Trust Pilot , before I went ahead and ordered from them.
Please have nothing to do with this despicable company. They don’t deserve to be in business.
Regrettably, I have wasted emails back-and-forth. To no avail for me. The tactics are to simply wear the customer down so that you eventually are sick and tired of the whole situation. Please have nothing to do with them. Despite there being a return address in the UK and also they bank the money in Dublin , Ireland. But when wanting to have a refund which should be simple enough, .
The address , and all courier costs which are down to the unsuspecting poor customer, that address to return the poor quality item to is in China.!!! …… of course . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Dreadful. They didn’t send me the goods I’d ordered. You can’t telephone them and when you use the ‘contact us’ form, you don’t get a copy to keep. I have now raised the non delivery issue with my bank.
My advice is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Don’t be fooled by their polished website, it’s an absolute scam, I ordered an item, when it arrived it didn’t even look like what was advertised, but to top it all off it was torn on the side.

I emailed their customer service to a “MIA KLEIN” to return this, who said I’d have to cover the return cost, but their policy states if an item is faulty, they’ll cover the cost!

They’ve ignored every email since I’ve stated this.

I’m going to pursue it via my bank.

Please avoid, it’s really not worth it!

Also had I known they’re a company that ships from china I would have avoided in the first place - maybe something the owners have done to be extra sneaky.

Would rate as zero but no choice to do so…. I ordered men’s coat and still hasn’t arrived. Emailed customer support and they assured me it was arriving shortly, I’m still waiting!!!! I’ve emailed them so many times now and not getting any reply. I’ve contacted my credit card company for help with this scam. Avoid this company, it’s a total SCAM!!!!! I’m furious, like anyone can afford to give money away😡

I could kick my self for ordering off this website. After reading the reviews I’m not confident my order will ever arrive. Moral of the story, don’t order stuff from websites you don’t know, when you’ve had a beer!!!!
That’s £54.99 down the pan☹️
