I want to leave this review based on my experience. I was connected to this person when I was looking to sign up with a business coach to level up my coaching. During the call I was told I would be building my own course that I could later sell and create an online business out of. During the initial call I was promised free vacations via his other "business"(when I went to go use none of the multiple codes sent worked) promised signed books of his (that never arrived in the mail.) I paid $7,000 with a lot of excitement and although it was the most I’d ever spent on coaching (after my ICF Certified school certification) I wanted to believe this would be my breakthrough.

The experience I received through this coaching felt to me improvised and overall ineffective. Now I know I should have looked for an ICF Certified coach in the first place. There was never a coaching agreement established at the beginning of our coaching calls and to me it felt rushed and impersonal. The 6 sessions 1:1 offered were quickly ran through and the program moved on to group coaching support. While there is a curriculum to follow online, a lot of the classes I watched for hours on were previously recorded coaching group calls had with other cohorts now being used as content for this course. To me it felt like busy work without more personal change. I tried to follow the course through the many revisions of the webinar he “teaches” you to master to be able to sell your course. This promise never materialized for me— even after multiple revisions to my 100+ slide deck, the format would change often after more new formats rolled out.

There was a new offer/ package being promoted in the group chats all the time…It felt to me very predatory. This person at the beginning of the course asked me for my whole life story, in detail, and kept me busing doing a lot of stuff for the “launching of my course”… months went by and I realized it was probably never going to happen. I left life coaching like a couple others in my cohort. I saw that this person was now promoting life coach jobs on LinkedIn and felt the strong desire to speak out about my experience if it can be of help to someone on the fence and looking for first hand experience. Happy to connect with anyone who has further questions about my personal experience.

Their team approached our project with enthusiasm and a wealth of industry knowledge. The brainstorming sessions were productive and creative, leading to concepts that aligned perfectly with our brand message. The production days were organized and efficient, thanks to their experienced crew. They handled everything from logistics to creative direction with professionalism. The post-production phase was a revelation; their editors crafted a final product that was visually stunning and engaging. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I have been working with Marco for about 3 months now. He doesn't have only abundant experience and knowledge. He has personality, and he certainly brings it to his business. Marco is a leader who helps bring the best out of those he's around.

Marco Robinson (MLR) claims to have had great financial success. Between March ‘15 and January ‘17, we invested in UK limited companies owned and run by him - Wealth Creation, The New Rich List & Naked Technologies. All since dissolved and we lost around £65k. Info on MLR’s companies is available on Companies House website.

Many of MLR’s claims are false;
- He has no UK knighthood. Other countries’ awards are not equivalent to UK awards.
- His book “Close the deal and Suddenly Grow Rich” is not a #1 bestseller. Rank today on Amazon UK Kindle = 350013
- He claims to have a doctorate from Wealth Creation University. This “university” appears to only run social media pages, with 740 followers.
- He claims to have founded The New Rich List plc but I cannot find any plc by that name.

30 June 2015: MLR advised us our investment in Liver House (via Wealth Creation) could be sold any time and he could help appoint a sales agent, or we could sell the unit back after 5 years with a guaranteed uplift of 10%. When we tried to exit, we found it was impossible as MLR had borrowed against Liver House to buy another property, Oakglade House (OH).

22 July 2015: In a webinar MLR claimed to have crowdfunded over $100m, to give annual returns of up to 26%, and over 50% asset gains. Companies House records do not show any of his companies with this level of cash or assets. If this was true, why did MLR borrow to buy OH?

In March 2016, Wealth Creation took possession of OH. It was untenantable due to non-compliance with Building Regs. MLR did not admit this until March 2017, by which time we had invested a further £25k with him. Had we known about OH, we would not have done so.

11 July 2016: In a webinar MLR claimed OH was a beautifully renovated successful project with apartments available for investment. In fact, it was untenantable and damaged by flooding.

17 August 2016: In a webinar MLR claimed to be backed by assets of $10m, that Naked Travel was ABTA & ATOL protected, he had a patented crypto currency usable at 10k restaurants & 50k cinemas worldwide, and his companies would be listed on AIM. I have seen no evidence that any of those claims are true.

21 March 2017: An email from one of MLR’s managers confirmed MLR would give personal guarantees to ensure investors who had lost money would be reimbursed.

Between 20 April 2017 and 31 August 2018, I tried calling MLR’s staff 59 times. No calls were answered or returned.

18 September 2017: In an MLR said he was “working very hard to compensate us. We will never turn away from our responsibilities to you”.

24 September 2018: In an email MLR said “We could have easily walked away that is not who we are. You will have all your money returned”.

31 January 2019: In an online video MLR said “I pay my investors back and pay them the return I promised”. He stopped paying us in January 2018. We have recovered just £47k of our £112k investment (£12k of which came from receivers, not MLR).

31 July 2019: Copying in his lawyer, MLR emailed a link to an open letter to his investors saying, “I am going to open an escrow account with our lawyers & I am going to deposit 20% of all my earnings into that account which you will be able to access with mine & my lawyers permission”.

None of his promises were fulfilled.

In May 2023 my lawyer asked MLR to honour his guarantees. He has refused.

I have recorded every MLR webinar and online video I am aware of and will share them if requested. I am in Western Australia and can be found on LinkedIn. He has deleted many, including videos made in Calgary and the carpark of OH in 2019, which contrast the claims of success made on his current website.

MLR’s website says “By 27 November 2017, I had achieved everything I wanted in life”. Is he proud of what he has done to my family? We trusted you, based on your claims of success, but those claims were untrue – you have never denied this.
MLR has threatened us with libel proceedings since publishing this review.

I always pick a mentor who has lived life's ups and downs. Marco's teaching style is very energetic and has a big personality, I feel Marco's life experience in different arenas is what makes him a coach that can help you also reach your goals.

As a coach, Marco provides easy to implement strategies and tactics. If you follow what he says, you’ll see results, that simple.
