On 9/18/24 I ordered a Harry Stone Jacket Navy Blue size XL. As of yet I still show it has not been turn over to the USPS. My order. #WAM-49450. Would some one find my order and send it to me?

I placed my order almost 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I don't know what shipping method you use, but it should not take this long.

My order was placed on September 9. On September 10 I was told my order would be shipped within one to two days. I received my order on October 1. Between September 10 and October 1, I received several emails that were basically giving me the runaround as to what had happened to my order. I inquired several times and got nothing but lip service. I even had to extend a payment through Afterpay because I thought you might have actually cheated me. You’re going to have to do something very special for me to regain my faith and confidence in Marcus.
Remember, a satisfied customer tells 5 other people about you. A unsatisfied customer tells everyone !
I guess I’ll find out what kind of company you really are.

Trouble free delivery! Product as expected, very good quality and value!

I ordered a jacket from Marcus, apron arrival I found the item to be poorly manufactured and very from the pictures on the web site.
I addition, the return process was ridiculous, not only did I have to take pictures of the item the timeline given for return was very small.
As a result I did not return this item due to the fact other clients had found that once the item been returned to some ridiculous location in Italy it was rejected and sent back. For the cost of the shipping I was not prepared to make the return. I would advise people to stay well clear of this company and save your money.

I got the jacket but the inside pocket was not sown on one side.

Great to deal with. Great quality jacket at an affordable price and the jackets are beautiful. Also quick processing and delivery to USA in Virginia.

I have a confirmed order on 9-1. After 10 days I was unable to tack my package. Reached out to Customer service. They said they fixed the problem and will receive it in 5 days and I can track it. Still can't track it and haven't received it. So pretty bad experience. I just hope if I receive them they fit. I bet U make it I probably to return or exchange items.

I would advise everyone to stay clear of this outfit. I paid £49 for a jacket, size large. A jacket arrived but it was too large, at least an XL. To get a refund I was required to return the jacket to an obscure location in Italy, at a cost of £15. The package was tracked and on arrival it was rejected and "returned to sender". This was not an error it was a deliberate ploy to "mess me around ". I will never get a refund. Lesson learned.
