Friendly, honest, knowledgeable and a fair price.

I recently purchased the lighter-weight Brompton P-line and was faced with the daunting prospect of trying to secure a reasonable sale of my older Brompton Electric. Bought a giant propel advance pro aero road bike from Marcus.

The bike was in the conditions described and everything was handled very smoothly.

Firstly what great customer service! I rang Marcus as I was embarking on entering triathlons and had zero experience of road bikes… after dropping him a message he called me and had a little chat about my aspirations and expectations… he then took the time to share his knowledge and personal experiences Giving me all the information I was asking for and also things I hadn’t even considered… this is before we get to the bike! Top product he walked me through all the components explained exactly why they were good where they could be better and where I could upgrade gaining longevity in what was a considerable purchase, well when required and ready for the next step! He clearly loves what he does! Great company and he’ll be my go to for any bike stuff in the future!!!

I’ve been going to Marcus for everything bike related for about 6 months now. I have bought one, soon to be two bikes from him and have had a varying degree of different services from him. Nothing is ever too much for him to help with and (as a relatively new road cyclist) it is hugely appreciated, particularly the silly questions I often message him with at all hours!
Cannot recommend him highly enough - my entire cycling group follow him/buy from him/use his services which I think speaks volumes.
