Made an order on 25 November for a Christmas gift. Still have not recieved it or any details on its whereabouts or when I will get it. Cannot reach Marda at all. They have not responded to any of my emails or answered phone calls.

This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Didn't receive a package for probably over two months, texted customer service a number of times and never heard back. Package finally arrived after over 2 months, thought I got scammed - might as well been.

Still Haven’t Received My Order After 20 Days – No Tracking or Updates

It’s been 20 days since I placed my order (#1445) with Marda Swimwear, and I haven’t received any tracking number, shipping update, or even a single notification since then.

I’ve tried contacting the company by email and through different channels, but no one has replied. At this point, I’m starting to worry that this could be a scam because there’s been absolutely no communication from their side.

If anyone has gone through the same situation or actually received their order, please let me know. Right now, this experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning.

Worst experience and customer service ever!

Purchased a pair of swim shorts. Didn't receive them.
Didn't hear from the company for a long, long time despite several emails.
Finally after months they replied back but still didn't send the shorts.
After more email sent their way I finally received the product.
Company didn't communicate professionally, emails were sketchy, anonymously written, short. For the whole time I thought I had been scammed.
I am surprised anyone would treat their company with such sloppy procedures and carelessness.
The product however is good. So why this sketchy process and costumer service?!?

It is a SCAM! Never received my order! Tried to call and some guy just answered the phone. When I told I am calling regarding my order he just hung up the phone….

I have purched 6 paris of the swim shorts from Marde as they fit great. However, I had an issue with the zipper on a pair which broke the first time I wore them. Sent an email to the company and got ghosted...never got a response. At $145.00 for swin shorts, I was dissapointed by the complete lack of service.

The website is a scam!!! Don’t buy anything you’ll never get any product from them and you won’t be able to contact them!! My bank stopped the transaction and I’ve thankfully got the money back, but it might not always be the case!! The website should be deleted, it’s crazy that it is still online!

Answer to Marda: I already sent you 2 emails to this email address, how do you explain that?

Bought as a gift - Ordered and paid but have not received any info about shipping - I don’t believe the item will be sent. Have contacted through email and the online chat and Instagram for an update but have received no response.

Great design and customer support, I received a pair of shorts that had an error from production and I got a new pair a few days after support responded to my ticket.

Ordered over one and a half weeks ago and have not received. Never received a response on my inquiry has to where my order is.

Buyers beware! This company is a scam— absolutely irresponsible and unaccountable. I received trunks in a color I did not order (not to mention the poor construction of the trunks, the logo was completely crooked and the tag read “grey” but the trunks were sand), I requested a refund, they asked me for my bank routing number (…? after I originally paid via credit card), I sent the trunks back, I have tracking confirmation it was returned, but I NEVER received the refund after countless emails to their support and owner; August. This whole shady ordeal has taken over 5 months. This is the same scam they have pulled with other buyers, read the other reviews. No one responds to emails, phone calls or messages.

Don’t be fooled by their marketing and do not trust this company! They will steal from you.

Edit— still proving untrustworthy! I see your response, and you most definitely did NOT refund me 5 months ago and what do you mean “sent back your grey shorts”? I sent the trunks back to YOU with no refund! I have our entire email thread with August, unanswered phone logs, website and Instagram messages to prove it. If you claim you refunded me, prove it! I had to call my bank to help me deal with this! It’s been so stressful.
