Fast delivery, recommended skis from Mardo sport are in great conditions. Shipped very well packaged.

Bought 4 sets of skis and 4 pairs of boots. Very happy with the purchase

The product was exactly as promised in the listing, it arrived quickly, and the ordering process was altogether effortless for me. As a suggestion for improvement, I would add optional binding adjustment and ski maintenance as available services.

I am satisfied with the skis! The skis are as they are in the description, the edges and the base are in excellent condition, the bindings are good. There are some scratches from use on the tails. They were delivered very quickly! Recommend!!

I was a bit sceptical ordering second-hand skis online but was very pleasantly surprised. Fast and safe delivery. Skis were clearly well serviced and in excellent condition.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY AT MARDO SPORT, IT'S A SCAM.
I just bought a pair of skis at Mardo sport for 850 EUR... but unfortunately I can confirm most of the reviews.

Skis were in poor state, deep scratches and not used a few times like they stated to me before purchase by mail (very clear lie). Delivery took 7 days, not the 2-3 like they say on the website. Also clearly not the same product as the photo suggests on the website.

When I raised the topic you get a standard short response, ignoring the facts they clearly are aware of....

And a good lesson for me not to trust all webshops...I hope in time the authorities will close this shop and prevent them doing business in and outside Slovakia.

I saw snowboardboots of a certain brand, "Brand X") & model at the Mardo site. Because I couldn't find the colour of these boots - as shown on the Mardo site - nowhere else online, I mailed Mardo why this was and if this specific version maybe never appereared in retail. Mardo replied: “It's a demomodel, used in demoshows.”

I decided to order and 5 days later I received the boots. Exactly as shown on the site and in good shape, but....not the right model. It turned out to be a rental-boot, as it also stated on the inside of the boot itself: 'Brand X Rental.' It also stated in this shoe that it had a flex rating of 5, whereas the model Mardo said I would be has a flex rating of 8.

After some online research I found out this was a boot from the specific Rental-line that Brand X also produces, and that made clear this model was by no means the model Mardo promised to sell me: it had totally different specs.

I then confronted Mardo with this, and they replied:

"It's the same boot. Rental boots are tougher and made of higher quality materials, to cope with the typical stress of repeated rental use. You bought a boot of very good quality in very good shape."

I then explained them once again that the received boot is a totally different model with totally different specs than they said I would receive, and also confronted them with the fact that at first they mailed me that these were 'demo boots used at a demoshow' and now they admitted it were rentalboots after all (as it also explicitly said inside the boots itself).

They now replied that I could exchange the boots for others on their site or get a €20 discount (on a paid €150). Those are no options for me, as they don't have boots with the specs I need. And no word about them first saying it was a 'demo-model used in demoshows' of the model I wanted, and then admitting it was a rental-version of a totally different model......

Boots have been returned, and an updated review will be posted based on the final outcome of this situation.
