I've been working with Marek Health since the winter of 2024, and honestly it's been one of the few health-related decisions I've made that has actually delivered on what it promised. My coach, Josh Hidock, has been fantastic to work with—he takes the time to explain what's going on, answers my endless questions, and helps me focus on the things that will actually move the needle instead of chasing trends or shortcuts. Over the past year and a half I've lost weight, gotten stronger, dramatically improved my mobility, increased my energy levels, and learned more about my own health than I had in the previous decade. What I've appreciated most is that I've never felt like just another client or a number in a system. Josh genuinely cares about helping me reach my goals and has been a consistent source of guidance through the ups and downs of training, work, military commitments, and everyday life. I can confidently say I'm healthier, performing better, and feeling better today than I was when I started, and I highly recommend Marek and Josh to anyone who's serious about improving their health.

I feel like I'm doing it "right" with the help of the pros at Marek, especially Sam Farrington. I've completed many preps in my life for a competition. But the assistance and info from Marek on this one gives me more confidence toward success as well as staying healthy. Most medications can be successful in helping one to your goal, but there are usually risks as well. Marek is helping me through those decisions, and I have confidence in them as a partner.

I’ve been working with Josh Hidock for a year and a half now and feel the best I have in a long time. My health coach Alexandra Hamby has been incredible to work with. She explains my test results and answers all my questions in a way that actually makes sense to me, even though science isn’t my strong suit. She never makes me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed for asking anything. She’s supportive, reliable, easy to reach, and genuinely easy to talk to. I’m truly grateful I found her, especially because it’s clear she sincerely wants me to feel better and is invested in my progress.

Marek Health helped me change my life. I started a health journey in January 2025 that saw me lose 65 lbs and go from 30%+ body fat to sub 15% (a goal that seemed so far away when I started).

After struggling with low energy, low libido and poor mood symptoms I contacted Marek Health in June of 2025 to help me optimize and dial in all aspects of my health and fitness.

I signed up on a whim on a random Wednesday morning and within minutes my Health Coach Jason Argento reached out to me directly. He scheduled a free review call where he took the time to explain to me all the ways Marek can help me and what the process and costs look like. I was impressed with the follow through and conscientiousness that Jason exhibited. Jason and the providers at Marek Health took the time to get to know me on a personal level and understand my health and fitness goals. They did an exhaustive review via a detailed blood panel and explained what all of the markers meant and how they impacted my health. At no point did I feel like they were trying to just sell me a generic service or medications. When the review was complete after several meetings and calls Jason and my provider Angelica detailed a recommended health and wellness plan to fully optimize my health and body. This helped me take the fitness journey that I started in January to levels I never expected. Now here I am almost one year from signing up and I'm in the best physical and mental shape of my entire life at the young age of 43. I'm living a completely different lifestyle than I was 5 years ago. I have more energy, more drive and more ambition than I've ever had. I'm sharper at work (big promotion this year), more present at home with my 2 year old daughter and my relationship with my wife is strong and passionate ;). Everyone I know has commented to me on how healthy I have become over the past 18 months and Marek has been a major part of that.

Jason has been an incredible coach, he has always answered any questions I have in a timely manner and makes sure to check in with me if we have not talked in a while. When we do talk, it feels like speaking with a long time old friend. He has helped me beyond the fitness plan and has coached me through dietary and workout strategies. The included coaching you get by being a Marek patient has major value. My provider Angelica has also been amazing and its clear she has genuine passion for helping and seeing people reach their goals. Their combined knowledge is unmatched.

Its clear that Marek health maintains a high level of Quality in their organization and that extends to the coaches and providers. If you're on the fence about signing up, know that the value you will get in the quality of life improvements will far outweigh the investment it takes to get there. The ROI cannot be quantified, only experienced. I recommend Marek Health to anyone I know or meet that is interested in optimizing their health and wellness. They'll give you the plan, support, knowledge and tools, the hard work is up to you. Just remember, the more you put in, the more you'll get out.

I knew Marek Health as the leaders in what they do, but having a partnership with them has opened up a side of Marek Health that I never knew was there. The staff are friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. The service is fast, effective and easy to follow. Marek Health sets a high bar for health diagnostics, you'd be silly to go anywhere else.

I'm part of the Coaching Partnership Program and it has been a great addition to the service I can provide to my clients. Marek Health has no loopholes that try to trip you up, and no heavy initial payment for their service/product. You can see they do what they do because they care about the service that they provide.

Marek Health has made my weight loss and strength gaining journey remarkable. When I first came into Marek, they were very honest about things I was doing incorrectly and the way that they can help me correct them. They started with a very detailed conversation asking about my lifestyle, supplements I was taking, my goals, and most importantly my overall health as a 49 yr old husband, and father of 2 teenage kids.

Next I took their Men’s Comprehensive health panel complete and what an eye opener that was. The bloodwork came back and revealed my triglycerides were really high, my A1C was creeping up, my lipid profile was heading in the wrong direction, and my testosterone level was way too high.

I met with my health coach Ryan Boisvert who’s absolutely incredible as a coach and as a person. He explained the results to me and setup an appointment to meet with their doctor. When I met with Angelica Wyman DNP who I can’t say enough good things about, she prescribed me the peptide Zepbound specific to my individual biomarkers based off the bloodwork. They also prescribed me TRT at dosages that were very specific to my bloodwork as well. I’ve been following their protocols for a while now, and I’m down to 188 lbs, lean, stronger, more mobile, and feeling better than I have in my entire life.

My triglycerides are down many many points, my A1C has come down a lot as well and I can honestly say this has been one of the most positive experiences in my life. Confidence is up, some of my relationships have been better and I’ve been able to be a positive example for an individual or 2.

I can’t give enough credit to this company in particular Ryan Boisvert and Angelica Wyman for guiding me and direction me in the right way. They did this with care, extreme knowledge in their subject, detailed to me as an individual, and most importantly with my overall health as the concern. I would highly recommend Marek Health to anyone looking to become better as a person starting with their health and well being. I look forward to continued work with them and the advanced guidance they are able to provide me. My workouts in the gym have been a night and day difference as well. Thank you Marek Health.

Alexandria Meyer has been with me on my IVF journey, sending me payments, my results, and answering any and all questions that I may have. We all know that IVF is expensive, and using Marek has helped so much with our cost, and the friendliest workers are a huge bonus cherry on top during this difficult time.
