Extremely disappointed with marek health. the astronomical price simply don't match the subpar level of service provided. Communication was a nightmare, and I felt like just another number in their system rather than a patient. save your hard earned money and look elsewhere for personalized care that actually delivers.

Such a positive experience from my first interaction with Marek and Pablo Hsu, from Onboarding. Marek was highly recommended to me by two friends. Having different health issues, I was not sure that their coaches fit my needs, so I stalled on choosing a health coach. Then I received an email from Pablo Hsu offering to have a phone call or meet on Zoom to answer any questions about Marek so I could see if it was the right fit for me. I felt zero pressure; Pablo simply expressed a desire to help. He was so easy to talk with, listened well, and I quickly sensed he understood my wants and needs. He knew all the health coaches and ended up recommending Colleen Patrino who fits me perfectly. I have been so pleased with my whole experience at Marek.

Pete explained the initial processing and ensured that it ran as smoothly as possible. Once I got going with the program it was smooth sailing. I finally feel like I have some control over my health outcomes, with people who care. Highly recommend Pete as a health coach.

I came to Marek from another company (Transcend) and wow my eyes have been opened. The last company was borderline predatory, just trying to push supplements and peptides on me, but my Marek coach (Caleb R.) really listened to me. Additionally, my doctor visit was VERY eye opening compared to the last company. He listened to my needs and suggested first and foremost that he wants me to live healthily and seek treatment via diet and lifestyle change instead of just pushing products on me. It was an enlightening Zoom and I could have talked to the doctor for hours! With the last company, the doctor visit was clearly a formality and he didn't care anything about me or what I had to say. I can't thank Marek, Caleb, and Dr. Dupuy enough!

I sought to collaborate with a health coaching service that would enable me to establish baselines through quantitative data, illustrating my current health status and providing access to the target metrics I should aim for. I sought a strategy that was simple to integrate into my daily routine and possessed durability. Marek Health fulfilled all of these criteria! I was unprepared for the exceptional level of personalised customer service and bespoke experience provided by my health coach, Grace Yerkes. I aimed to develop a 'game plan' that integrates dietary action items alongside strategies for enhancing sleep quality and managing stress in my daily routine. Grace posed all the pertinent scoping enquiries during our initial conversation to uncover the underlying reason for my outreach to Marek. Her enquiries were incisive, she listened attentively, and she devised a strategy that has yielded increased energy, improved sleep, clearer skin, more balanced nutrition, and an overall more positive perspective on life. It was an exceptional experience to feel genuinely understood and to have a coach whose philosophy closely aligned with my objectives. She meticulously chose the blood tests I underwent to obtain a comprehensive overview of my health and subsequently elucidated my results in detail. I have learned a lot about my body and blood work. I found out I was high and low in multiple things I've never had blood work on before. I like the plan I was put on becuase its not just meds and supplements but also a lifestyle plan!

Thus far, Peter Fischer specifically and Marek Health more generally have been excellent. I haven’t yet received the customized medicines for my goals, but the whole setup process has been efficient, seamless and excellent. The communications have been clear and the follow through on-point. I am cautiously optimistic that the treatment plan will help me turn a corner in terms of creating the long-term best version of me.
