I have not yet received the item I ordered which was a turning tool. Very disappointed. It was ordered on 23rd November. It is now 6th December.

I hope you are doing well.
I have chased up the information on your order and have discovered that despite initially dispatching the item on the same day you had ordered it being the 23/11/2022, the order was collected by Royal Mail and due to the strikes this was delayed beyond our ability to do anything else, unfortunately this has happened with two other customers of ours but thankfully one has finally shown up.
We understand how frustrating this can be, it has been very frustrating for us also and for that we apologise greatly for the inconvenience.
As for the item you had ordered, we have already placed a replacement in the mail where it had gone out on the 14/12/2022 which Royal Mail has informed us that it has been delivered successfully.
If you could kindly email us on info@marentcraft.com so that we can send you the receipts that we have of the order dispatch, as well as letting us know if the order has indeed arrived.
Once again, apologies for the inconvenience and hoping that we can do the best to rectify this smoothly for you.
