Bent earrings after long wait

On the website 4 in stock - earrings at £150. So I assumed they would come quickly. A few days wait as they were making them. Tracking 48 hr Royal Mail notification stated waiting for supplier to dispatch. This status never changed. Pleasant Communication was prompt with the company. Seems the earrings had been lost. Between the company and the Royal Mail.
Again I had to wait for new earrings to be made in the work shop, I did eventually receive these. But sadly the studs were bent on arrival. There is no way they were bent on transport - the box is very sturdy. They were bent some way putting them in the box. I provided feedback and photos - a reply given and a kind offer provided for a voucher. I can see they are trying very hard. But I will admit that it was dissatisfied to have it then come bent, after every thing. It boggles my mind.

The experience has put me off buying the matching necklace.

Incredible. Do not hesitate!! SO beautiful

I bought the pear shaped diamond ring from Margalit and cannot put into words how beautiful it is in person!! Do not walk, RUN To buy this ladies! All my friends think it's a real diamond, I can't stop looking at it. I'm going to order more and request the engraving service next time and put my initials.
