They don't have a contact phone number and in their chat as here, the answer is always the same: please reach out to us at support... But I will have more than 10 emails without an answer, they do not answer.
So if you have a problem you can't do anything.

Do not use this site! Every streamer will tell you to use but this site is a scam!.. Be careful because they take your money and close positions unexpectedly and say that it was liquidated when it clearly wasn't anywhere near the liquidation price... They took £4,000 from me and have said that everything was right on their side... be careful with this site loads of people promoting it online but it is a scam

I love that I don’t have to waste tons of time on registration; it really simplifies things. My only wish is for more coins to trade; the selection feels a bit limited. But that's the only thing I can think of.

I deposited 0.04 SOL and withdrew 0.4 SOL after 2 days of trading. Honestly its been a great company so far and I hope to deposit larger sums to trade with.

Commissions were a tad high but that may be because of the low trading volume I was using, will see with higher amounts.

Withdraw hit within the 2 hour window mentioned with no problems, conversion feature is brilliant also.

Overall yeah, its been a great platform to use and hopefully with better funds I will be a real advocate for this platform

If you copytrade your money is locked untill the trader decides otherwise. I have been trying to get put my money for 1 month now.
And whats worse, when it goes good the trader takes a commission and when it goes bad I loose 100 percent (of the loss) this means that my money is getting less for every week. I have tried to connect to the trader but he took away his button to the chat. I contacted support and they say that the trader does as he wish and that they can't do anything. On the traders page it says that his max trades are 1 day, but he is not following this. I said to the support that he is breaking the rules. They said that it's all up to him if he want to follow his rules. So I will not get my money back since it it shrinking.

I'm really impressed by the speed of their customer support team's responses! I needed to leam more about trading with leverage and isolated margin to determine which fits my trading strategy best, and they clarified everything for me.

Margex is a great alternative to large exchanges like Binance. The redesign of the platform has really improved its visual appeal. I am impressed by the team's constant efforts to improve the product and add new assets. In defense, I will say that the degree of security here is simply at its height, I have not yet found the best alternatives for myself.


I hope that spot trading will be available on Margex soon.

I enjoy trading with Margex. Not particularly functional, but looks reliable. There are not problems with withdrawal, KYC and other issues that users of large crypto exchanges ussually have.

They have problems with withdrawal. The withdrawal process cannot be completed normally. A complaint must be submitted to the receiving wallet in order for the funds to be released. It may take two or three business days, and then the money will arrive. Therefore, withdrawal is very complicated

Withdrawal process from the 90’s, you have to plan one day ahead because of certain withdrawal time windows which gets processed once a day.

Support told me it’s for security reasons due to cold wallet storage of client funds (!), personally, makes you line up many different reasons besides security. Furthermore it could give an indication of how well built their back-end tech really is. In relation to my withdrawal inquiry with support I asked if they hold any type of certificate from eg financial oversight agency or have legal obligations as a financial services company to follow regulations. They replied that the company is incorporated in the Republic Saychells, a good business environment for finance companies and also considered a non transparent tax haven and that they go under Saychells incorporation Business Act (Which ALL business entities do by default). So a try to legitimise by throwing some answer back in reply to regulation, stability and real client fund insurance.

With this information you have to cross your fingers and, hope, that if something would happen eg financial crash, bankruptcy, management changes, fraudulent intent long-term. Your crypto will be gone on their untraceable cold wallet in jurisdiction that will render any try of recovering funds virtually impossible.

Could be a coincidence but, done two withdrawals and each time when the daily processing time was done nothing got sent, I had to approach them and ask when they would arrive and almost instantly the withdrawal’s cleared. I find that suspicious.

Copy trading feature is good with many different traders! UI/Deisgn/Layout - great.
