I asked if I could return 3 out of the 5 outfits and replace them with something else, having spent £1000 on them, they look readymade and off the shelf, there's no way they made to my size in 6 six days.

I ordered a white suit (shalwar kameez) from Maria nasir and recieved a couple a days ago. I love the suite. But the trouser were a little tight.

I purchased one of the more expensive products ($500) and had high hopes given the price relative to a lot of other lower-end Indian party clothing featured, say, on etsy (most costing $50-100). It was a heavily beaded tunic/pants set for a big wedding I am attending. I sent in measurements. I would say that the front beading was OK in the sense that it was mostly stitched on and generally looked like the advertised dress. The chiffon sleeves, back, and shawl had a lot of poorly done glue-gunned jewel dots. In over a dozen cases, the glue seeped through both sides of the fabric and so the sleeves, in particular, were glued together/shut in many places. When I tried to carefully pull apart the stuck fabric, there was damage left - threads pulled and the chiffon no longer looks smooth. Also, some of the glue-gunned jewels fully fell off. The pants were also not the right size - way too small (I had requested an 40 inch waist and what they sent is probably 35).

Would never recommend. The material of my outfit was extremely thin and cheap. The top and bottom were see through. I reached out to the team via email and WhatsApp and received no response. Would never recommend Maria Nasir.

Ordering easy; delivery fast.

One snap was not sewn on properly and had to be replaced. Buttons on the pants are cheap and had to be removed and replaced. Otherwise, very pretty.

Excellent service and great quality dresses. Exactly as they looked online in the pics. I asked for alterations which were done to exact measurements too. Really pleased with everything.

I absolutely love the suit I bought. There is only one reason why I didn’t give 5*. The dress was shown as more sheer in the arms and shoulders, which is why I purchased it, but it wasn’t as pictured when I received it.
Nonetheless, the quality and detail in making the suit is outstanding.

When a jewelry piece was unavailable, they contacted me and provided personal assistance, checking the date of the occasion and selecting a comparable piece. I can’t wait to wear these beautiful clothes!

Nice outfit...fabric nice..fits well...happy with outfit..shipped so fast...just issue with tracking link...arrived but still said sending.

Honestly would not recommend. Yes the item is nice but it came incorrect. I messaged on WhatsApp prior and post and the person responding is rude aggressive & ignorant. Take no responsibility and considering they're on the higher end of the price scale it's not acceptable. On social platforms they're very manipulative with what messages and service they show but it defo isn't consistent and happy to share the conversation if need be.

Awful experience with this company. Never received confirmation about my order and was treated rudely by customer service, they told me that it was my fault that I had placed the order incorrectly. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! BE AWARE of frauds like this brand.

Customer service was incredibly rude when I asked to edit an order I placed within 10 minutes. I expect them to probably never send the items I bought from the type of service I received.
