Descent communication, but highly substandard website
Credit where credit is due. I had initially given a bad review concerning a transaction that involved lack of communication and inability to access personal information given on their website. The communication efforts have since improved greatly and the transaction satisfied in a timely manner. I have only given 4 stars as the website is still in a poor state, being difficult to navigate and completely nonfunctional with no possibility of login or access to personal information. My suggestion is only purchase as a guest or better yet via phone and keep your information private.
