If I could leave zero stars I would -- I bought the Grace bodysuit, because in the photo it didn't show how see-through it is. When I got it and realized I did not want it, I sent it back. I never wore it, and the item still had tags. Instead of refunding me, they told me the item I returned had no tags and had a strong odor of perfume. This was clearly not mine, but they continued to email me saying the receiver of returns "confirmed this." They completely ignored the fact that I was re-sending them the photos I originally sent, and now they're saying "as an exception" they're giving me a store credit card. As though they are being kind and doing me a favor when actually they're lying and telling me that I'm wrong. I've never had this happen before, and I definitely won't be shopping there again. This is the least ethical company I've ever had the displeasure of communicating with.

I’ve wanted harness lingerie for so long and it seemed like Mariemur had the best quality I could find. I’m so thrilled with the product. Ridiculously delayed shipping
I placed an order on February 5th, with the expectation of 2-7 day delivery, which I paid for. It is now February 24th and UPS still hasn’t received the package to ship it.
Status: Label Created
The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.
This is my first time purchasing from MarieMur and quite possibly my last. Not sure about the quality because I haven’t received it yet, but the customer service rep said the delay is due to a combination of their own quality check and then customs.
Shouldn’t the quality of each item be checked before adding it to the overall inventory rather than after someone has already paid for it? If I were to have purchased the last one in that size and it was of poor quality, would they reach out to tell me that and issue a refund? Highly doubt is since they don’t even reach out for a 20 day deliver delay.

I recently bought at Mariemur. I had some questions so I wrote them. I was surprise to received an answer within an hour on a Saturday! Customer services is really kind, friendly and helpful. I had some bad expériences in the past with online buying but with Mariemur it was totally different!
Once I placed my order it tooks 4 days before the shipping. I can say the delivery was fast and easy to track.
When i received my package it was like if i unwrapped a gift :) i think packaging reflect the quality of this company. À Nice red box, black paper and finally a black satin poutch with my order in it. The stuff i order is amazing, made of quality leather. The size fits perfectly (refere to size guide) this product is so lovely. I just place à second order, i can’t wait to receive it!!!
For myself, this is the place where i will look first .
