Ordered three items but only two were…

Ordered three items but only two were in the parcel. Contacted them and they sent the third item out.
It's how issues are handled that make the customer service and this was handled nicely.

Measurements off.

Measurements off.
Ordered 2m red cable and 2m black
Red came in significantly shorter than the black, luckily it was just long enough to reach where I needed it as I didn't have time for returns as it was to power my diesel heater in full time van living.
