Shocking service- be warned!
My order for Diesel Bug Treatment £117.43 was placed on 7 July. I heard nothing for 3 weeks. I contacted the company in late July when they finally gave me news that they were unable to fulfil my order. I cancelled my order and they said that they would refund me.
I emailed again on 19 September to enquire why I had not been refunded. I have received no response. Almost 3 months later I have received no refund.

I needed fuel additives and I needed advice. Marine 16 were extremely knowledgable and extremely helpful. I was asked everything about the boat and the engine and then I was advised which product to go for. So, so helpful.

We have used marine 16 diesel bug for years, but this year spotted they do a product called Zero.
As full time liveaboards sailing in the med spending a lot of time at anchor, rubbish can build up quite quickly so we had to think of a way to reduce that while living at anchor. These products are perfect and allow us to keep our boat looking amazing without the build up of plastic bottles.
You just buy little sachets of witch ever one you want to use put it in the supplied marine 16 metal bottle and just add water.
At first I was thinking it's not going to be that good because you just add water but I was wrong, it's amazing at cleaning the boat I won't go back to the other stuff we used to buy from the chandlers

Receiving a customer PO on a Monday morning we needed a large amount of fuel additive that was not in stock.
Marine 16 blended the product and shipped it to meet the vessel before it sailed the next morning!

I have purchased two diesel dippers complete with alarms and several bottles of Diesel Complete. I have spoke to Peter on several occasions and have always found him and his company completely reliable, competent and very knowledgable. The Dippers work very well and are an amazing asset as are the chemicals... Shame you cannot click more than five star as the company and their products deserve more... Many thanks... I had 3/3 of a bottle of diesel fuel complete that had gone cloudy. When I asked Marine16 if it was ok to use, they sent me a replacement bottle straight away.
