Incredibly simple install on my 5.0 with Bravo 3 outdrive. No interruption switch. Be sure to follow the base timing instructions CAREFULLY! I burned up my new module by starting the engine with the shunt installed. Install the shunt with the engine running. Disconnect if the engine stalls and start the engine before installing the shunt again. I had to purchase a replacement module to run. EST also has a less aggressive timing map than the TBV I removed. (Less top end) but great acceleration out of the hole as my TBV was not advancing.

this is a easy to install and only 2 wires to connect positive and a tach wire. the new coil mounts easily and the connectors plug in. it also has the shunt tool to set the base timing on the est system. great price and easily installed. not a better deal anywhere for the money

Awesome fix for the old Thunderbolt ignition. I found a YouTube video that showed step by step instructions on install and wiring. Only problem is wire from new coil to distributor is about 6” too short. Had to buy a separate wire.
