I ordered two different items. Oil filters, they didn't have what I ordered and had to substitute a cheaper verson. I also ordered two boat shaft anoids. The sent me two differet size. I only discovered after crawling under my boat. Very frustrating!
Update - they were quick to send replacement. So I changed to 4 stars. Stuff happens and they fixed it!

Ordered a Wabasto 6000 BTU reverse cycle air conditioner. Easy process to place the order and unit arrived at my doorstep a very few days later. Still in the installation process but unit seems very nice and is exactly as described.

Most helpful call I have ever had with a marine or auto parts supplier. My parts specialist was as much a mechanic as he was a parts guy, and his suggestions on what to do, how to do it, and the right parts for what can be very complicated when navigating all the different Volvo Penta engines.
