I called and spoke to Josh about spares…

I called and spoke to Josh about spares for my dingy which were required at short notice. He went directly to the trade supplier and I have arranged to collect them directly from them on the South Coast near to where I live.
He went well beyond what you normally get from a supplier and I had already tried several major South Coast chandler's who were not helpful to say the least.

So thank you Josh and team and a excellent service on top of the very efficient delivery of a dingy and wheels a couple weeks ago.

They sent the wrong product.

Hi Elaine, I'm sorry you have not received the right product. I have checked our system and we do not appear to have had any communication from you regarding the error, so this is the first time we are aware of it.

According to the order, you should have received yacht guard netting, but it would seem you have not.

Are you able to let us know what you've received and we will of course rectify it. We have also sent you an email to your order email address.
