Annual review

I attend the clinic once a year & sometimes have a telephone appointment as I don’t reside in London. My doctor is excellent, listens to me & offers constructive advice regarding my life and circumstances. I say thank you but I thought I would use this opportunity to let her know I REALLY appreciate her.

Very customised service which nhs do…

Very customised service which nhs do not do as they have a one size fit all policy. Hormones don’t work that way and tHey are like fingerprints but change all the time so it’s important- anyone who knows the slightest about biology should know this. I’m grateful for this clinic and that I can afford it. But many people can’t and I think more should be done for those people. My gp is very dismissive of this service which I think is awful! Too much of this! We PT in our taxes and we get lousy service from GPS. The general public need to be aware of how hormones can not only effect quality of life but also life sustaining!! People wake up and learn about all this entails including supplements. Until I went to MG clinic I had no idea how many hormones there are that can influence dementia and aging! Stand up for your right to be heard by your GP!!!

I saw DrMcQuade

I saw DrMcQuade. She was empathetic and personable. I left feeling reassured that I was receiving excellent treatment and would be happy to return to see her again. On my last two visits (some time ago now I have felt rather unwelcome - on one occasion I saw a male doctor and this was not a good experience.

Vulnerable and sensitive humans

My doctor is just the most wonderful person kind good at her job love her
the system of the Gluck clinic I find difficult and to money minded seems like money runs the system not what I would think would come 1st the care of the patient sad ☹️ really
On the last 2 occasions I have been there other patients were complaining about being charged for this and that
The clinic is dealing with people who can be feeling vulnerable sensitive ect.

Thank you for taking the time to contact The Marion Gluck Clinic, patient feedback is important to us and we aim to provide a high standard of care to all our patients.

We appreciate that this new price structure introduced in February 2019 is different from what you’re used to, but there are a number of good reasons we’ve implemented these:

Patient feedback - over the last 12 months, patient feedback has highlighted that the 15-min consultations have been considered too short, rushed and poor value for money.
Patient / Doctor relationship – doctor feedback has also indicated that the 15-min telephone consultations didn’t provide enough time for the doctors to listen and understand the patient’s symptoms and needs
Simplicity & Flexibility - all Follow-up and Review appointments are now the same length and cost, regardless of whether they are conducted via phone, video/Skype call or face to face. This gives patients flexibility as to how they would like their appointments conducted.

All reviews/follow up (either in person or via telephone) are up to 20 minutes and they cost £140, this means it can take anything between 5 to 20 minutes with the doctor. However, we need to emphasise that our appointments prices are not based on how many minutes you spend with the doctor but their expertise.

Our exceptional team offers the very best treatment, gaining insight from thorough consultations and examining everything from lifestyle and family history to all relevant medical tests. With our team of doctors, experts and a dedicated Patient Care Team, we provide a seamless treatment process at our private clinic, enabling our patients to completely focus on their treatment.

At all times, patient satisfaction at The Marion Gluck Clinic is of the utmost importance and we apologise that this has affected your experience.
