House buying at its best !
My wife and I started this process in trying to find a place to rent instead of buying as we searched for rental property it became very clear that Renting had became a racket with owners wanting first, last month's rent plus a damage deposit we said to ourselfs we need to look into buying a place of our own that's when we called a couple friends we knew from a previous home buying experience they quickly jumped into action an ran our credit scores then gave us a return call asked if we would like to own a new home. We were estatic to say the least then they hooked us up with a realtor which contacted us imediately we told her the area which we wanted she then sent us what was available in the area. Which I won't to step back an tell everyone we were up against a dead line to get out of the Condo we were leasing at the time of 30 days. We found a home that we fell in love with and submitted an offer them with some tweaking of the offer from sellor an us we agreed on final purchase price. We then started the credit and title plus closing. After all this we closed in approximately 38 days from start to finish. We are so glad we made that phone call to our friends Marissa and Margo which made our home buying experience like we were part of the family so if you are in the market for a new home give Marrisa and Margo a phone call I promise it will be the best decision you can make.
