Contacted Mark with a request to make some Monster Energy decals for my new helmet. Mark was straight on the ball asking a few details of what I was after, size, finish type etc. Marks communication and knowledge was second to now. He designed exactly what I was after and the quality of the decals are top notch. Not your typical cheap sticker sheet. If you’re looking for quality decals then look no further. I still have not received my package yet.
But I want to thank you, Mark, for your effort. I found out that it could take to 5th of june. After that, I need to start a procedure. Let's hope for the best.

I am always contactable if there are problems. If you don't tell me, I don't know. As you know the item was posted on 13/05/24 when I sent you the tracking details. I have just been online to check and very frustratingly, it shows your order as 'Waiting for Customs Clearance'. I sincerely share your frustration, but in this instance, I am sorry, I have absolutely no control over your country's slow processing of post/customs. I will of course keep an eye on the situation and hope that the Belgium Customs release it very soon! I could have driven it to you in about 3 hours. Very frustrating. Please let me know if you have any news in the meantime. Cheers, Mark
This morning I have been onto B Post trying to find out more. Rather unhelpfully, their website ChatBot says the package is still with Customs and the following:
"Your parcel is still being processed. It is taking much longer than expected.
Further Update: Managed to 'speak' to a human via the ChatBot! Simply typed, I would like to speak to someone, and hey ho, someone came online - they don't mention that online, so that was a bit of luck! :) Advisor advised that we need to wait until 4th June (3 weeks) before they can chase the Customs office. Advisor supplied a Belgium telephone number which the Customer will call after the 4th.
I'm pleased to say that the tracking details show that this order was delivered on 7/6/24. Always frustrating when there's nothing I can do to help, but instances like this are thankfully rare. :)

Top quality is what I expect and on this rare occurrence, they get reprinted. All part of the quality control. Graphics arrived well packed and were fairly easy to fit once I got my head around the full lenght tank graphic which proved a bit tricky but got there in the end
