Lovely helpful company


Mark Bates employees, were very helpful, and very very quickly paid out on a claim. And when I renewed my other policy, I messed up online and pressed the wrong buttons. I phoned up and the young lady quickly saw what I had done and sorted it out. And arranged a very quick refund. They may not be the cheapest, but they are worth the extra money.

I always find renewing my mobility…

I always find renewing my mobility scooter insurance with Mark Bates so easy, Mark Bates inform me when the insurance is due and if i am happy with the annual charge have i have nothing else to do so simple.
I must also say that Mark Bates always gives me the option if I find the insurance cheaper elsewhere then i dont have to go with them. Must say i am happy with the service and the Staff are very helpful.
