Unprofessional after sales service
The Order process for placing my order for a sit on lawnmower was reasonably simple and straightforward and initially the communications regarding delivery were quite good.
However, the lawnmower had a scheduled delivery of 22/04/26 which did not happen.
I tried contacting the company via email (3 times) with no response together with a telephonic call where the number listed keeps telling you that you have dialed an incorrect number.
A further email today 30/04/26 querying the outstanding delivery and stating their 'Contact Us' clauses on their website together with the inability to contact or receive a response from the courier company they use resulted in me receiving an email back stating that a refund had been effected - no reasons as to why this was performed were provided.
Rather sloppy and inconsiderate after sales service to say the least.
