Very happy with flat headstone
I live in Connecticut went into sticker price shock, found Markers & Headstones on line for a third of the price. very hesitant to order something like this on line but they had great reviews and A+ rating from BBB. I would highly recommend this company received stone early and it came out beautiful! Saved my mom who is on a fixed income lot of money THANKS

Marker looks better than expected and shipping was quicker than expected. Designing the marker was very easy, they returned a design we approved very quick .

Company great,7 carrier bad.
The stone is beautiful, manufactured and sent within 32 days. The problem was the carrier UPS. The box was totally torn open on both ends all four corners crushed and a small chip in the stone on the top right hand corner the packing to protect the stone was so good no further damage was found the carrier was terrible.

I did have a typo and reached out via email and was assured it would be corrected before production, and it was. So even the customer service after the sale is awesome!
