Market Trader Institute (MTI) is a company with an endless supply of information and knowledge about how to trade the Forex or futures, and they will help you with understanding the ever changing financial markets. It is clear they are a leader in the educational trading market and have a solid history to support their venture.
They have the educational foundation to help you get started trading and the knowledge to pick up a seasoned trader and take them wherever they want to go. They even offer automated trading and the resources to get you there. This company has a plethora of knowledge and they bring it all to the table to share it with you.
As a person who is not an expert with computer scripting and navigating different platforms, they have the resources available and are very accommodating. Their customer service is outstanding and very willing to help.

I entered into a trial agreement with Market Traders Institute on the good faith that they were a fair company to do business with, but I found quite the OPPOSITE. I was unable to follow the course within the allotted time due to health reasons. I told my MTI representative, Brian, and he said he would work with me. About 2 weeks in, I got a call from a salesperson. They tried to sell me on continuing the program at a 10% discount. I told them that I hadn't yet been able to assess the program, so I wouldn't be interested at this time without knowing what I was getting into. They said they would check back.
I told Brian this, and he said he would work with me to get me up to speed. I told him that unless I understood MTI's process and how they work for my trading strategy, I was not interested in proceeding further. I asked him why someone would be calling me to UPSELL me when I was talking to you. He didn't have an answer. Brian then told me that he would call me to guide me through the program, but he did this only once. On our 3rd call appointment, he never called, and I got caught up with things. I called later and said you didn't call me when you were supposed to (I had to call him); he said that someone was supposed to call me and apologized that they didn't. I asked him if he was my point person, and why someone else would call me? That would mean I would have to bring that person up to speed on what has happened up to that point - quite ridiculous. Then they charged my CC $399.00 USD. I called Brian and explained that he knew we were working together, but I didn't understand the program and wanted my money back. He said he would do what he could and get back to me.
I called back, and he said that MTI stated they only review refunds once a week, which was on Monday. I called back, and he said that they wouldn't be doing it that Monday because the boss wasn't at the office. So, another delay tactic. He called and said they would not refund my money, and he could cancel after the next 30-day period. I asked him if he had explained to them our conversation and what their response was. He said that they said, "I should have known better." What a farce of a company that they need to charge me $399.00 USD. I don't want any excuses; I want my $399.00 USD credited back to my credit card.

I replied to their email on July 30th, 2025, and have NEVER heard from MTI - they are all show and no substance, they couldn't care less, they just put a response and don't follow up, they already have my contact info so they are full of it in their reply - they couldn't care less and are ONLY $$$$ motivated at any cost it seems to me...

MTI contacted me after I posted this, and they provided me with three options; I am happy with the outcome.

I'm just learning, ready to win.

This EA is awesome. Two weeks and haven't lost a trade yet. Backtest results are really good.

Rachael explains things and makes sure you understand what she is saying just like her dad did! She answers all question which makes her sessions worth attending.

I love when the instructor's take the time to acknowledge your question and give you their best in explaining to the best their ability the answer to your question

Rachael's analysis and tip/pointers have been instrumental in turning my trading around. She gives clear instructions and she is very patient answering questions and directing students to more study tips. I am now seeing more consistent profits than drawdown for the first time since I started trading years ago. I highly recommend Rachael's webinars for valuable content. I didn't realize that I needed guidance to be successful before now (previously believing that drawdown and profits happen as they do to everybody). Rachael is one of the best tutors!

Over 300% return on my first day in the flex trading room. Rachel made a point of showing me what to do even though I was new. She methodicallly walks through all the trade setups and what to do. MTI for the win. Pays for itself.

The instructional videos by "The Chief' (pre-2023, he passed last year) are exceptionally great. Dan DeVan is pretty good, Chris Pulver is brilliant if you can follow as fast as he talks! Its a shame James and Tyson are no longer there, they were great.

I will not say stay away..But there are some red flags.

I like so many others lost acess to my courses that i own for life for the second time, they where restored but it took to way to long.

MTI closed some of the trading rooms where i bourght acess for life ( TT2 for example) for an up price of course. Was not tranfered to another trading room, my money was just lost. Any NO SUPPORT in the matter.

AOD is a great product and Tian was as genuine as they come.

Dont ude SMART trader its a crap product (unresponsive, loosing data and angain no support) there are way better options out there that works better.

If you like salepitches recieving calls for promoting new way to take you money (now by AI) you can go on and join.
As i said it not all bad but there are certantly better options out there that will actualy treat you better

MTI has been my constant companion the last few years as I learned how to trade. They taught me first of all how to manage my losses and take profits at the right time. Taking the loss on trades was hard for an engineer because I'm paid to always be right. I have consistently grown my account, averaging 1-5% per week over the last year. As I approach retirement in the next few years, I am confident that I can have a constant stream of income. Thanks so much Rachel and staff.

I am very happy with MTI trading rooms. Analyst on demand AOD with Racheal and Russell. Yesterday, I closed 249 points trading WTI Crude oil using the Harmonic and target trading in a bearish direction. I have been with MTI since 2019 Awesome Trade and an awesome education institute. Thank you, MTI.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. Customer service is non responsive. Since "The Chiefs' passing the company has gotten worse and worse. I have been waiting for a year for a promised distribution. I have gone so far as to file a BBB complaint which was unanswered by MTI. Find another way into the Forex market. Tradesmart is a good alternative

provide a very good stocks and forex support and assistance. No bad or good questions. Anything is welcome and the support is approciate.

Market Traders is by far one of the best and most complete community of educators, traders, and mentors that you can find. I have been trading for 10 years, and I have tried several companies out there. MTI is head and shoulders above the rest. I have made 14,000 Pips in the month of December (it is only the 10th) so far, MyFXBook verified, with their automation!

Finding Market Traders Institute has been one of the best things that has happened to me. I had been struggling for months trying to learn on my own following YouTube tutorials and reading books but the knowledge and experience that MTI has given me is amazing. They have courses that thoroughly explain the very basics, which you can do at your own pace, as well as daily webinars, where you can ask questions and interact with live people. Thanks to the advice of these amazing instructors, I can honestly say that MTI has given me the fundamentals and a much better understanding of how the market works, and especially how to trade.
