Just based on their customer service who just passed my email around without actually addressing my questions. I was even passed on to a middle manager in china at one point? After a few passarounds they stoped replaying in the middle of the conversation.
Awful service - their support OR returns emails do not work after trying to return an unpackaged order within their returns guidelines on their website and I've had no response since. Spent a lot of money on buying products through them to then receive faulty ones and no form of comms back form them after trying to return or get my money back. So they now have all my money and I have nothing to show for it.
