Markin is an agentic growth operating system for large B2C companies. We build an always-on growth science team that continuously analyzes customer behavior, discovers revenue opportunities, generates hypotheses, runs experiments, and makes 1:1 decisions across large customer bases — with one goal: increasing incremental ARPU. Markin connects data, intelligence, and action in a continuous learning loop. It reads the customer data companies already have across their warehouses, CDPs, product analytics, CRM, and other systems, building a live understanding of each customer. Specialized AI agents then investigate where growth is being lost or where new revenue can be created. This goes beyond optimizing existing campaigns. Markin continuously works across four areas: optimizing lifecycle motions such as onboarding, upsell, cross-sell, churn, winback, and loyalty; discovering revenue opportunities that sit outside existing journeys; diagnosing product, customer, support, and operational friction; and turning those findings into controlled experiments with measurable economic impact. When an opportunity is worth pursuing, Markin can design the intervention, determine the right customer, action, channel, timing, and offer, and launch it through the company’s existing CRM, product, APIs, or other customer surfaces. Every intervention can be measured against a holdout so teams understand its true incremental impact. Markin works alongside the existing enterprise stack rather than replacing it.
