Terrible company. I cancelled after I realised it was Faux Leather (about 10 minutes after I ordered and still within their terms and conditions.) I was told I would get a refund in 5 days. 7 or 8 days later I contacted them and they said the item has been sent and I was not longer able to get a refund. Item never showed up, their tracking shows it has. They are refusing a refund and I am having to go through paypal. They are only responding on the last day they are able to so that they can drag out the process. This has been going on for well over a month now. Please take mine and many others advice, don't buy from this site. One of the biggest mistakes I have made with an online purchase.

I wouldn't even give a 1! DO NOT BUY! The covid sale is a scam been going on for months and the jacket i received had a shein label in it and is on the shein website. So no way was the original price worth over £300!! My exact jacket on shein is £40 less than what I spent!

As others have said, there is no Mark & Morten. There is no COVID-19 closing sale. There is no U.K.-based company. It's Shein jackets shoddily rebranded and shipped from China. Shipping took forever and there was no packing slip or identification. The design was actually cute and not too different from what was on the website, but both jackets were completely unwearable due to a horrible odor that can't be removed NO MATTER WHAT YOU TRY. BTW the "company" hounds you to leave a review on their site but removes anything other than five-star ones.

Fraudulent and scamming and it’s taking me months to go through PayPal who still have not resolved the case. Only after complaining to PayPal did the company send one of the items, the other is still missing and I’m not sure how they decide who gets lucky and gets an item and who does not but I suspect they are a scam.

Anyone considering to buy anything for Mark & Morten don't! I ordered a jacket which took ages to arrive, the jacket had no brand tags as advertised and some fo the small detail differed. If you write any negative reviews on social media or rate the product they hide it or block you on Instagram. Their customer service is appalling and have no pride in their brand and is about making a sale. I have offered to send the product back but are now just being ignored. I've escalated the issue with PayPal.

Pure scam as already reported by so many others. Ordered two leather jackets, which actually came after close to 8 weeks. Straight from China, with no logo on them what so ever. Quality is pure crap, and one of the jackets would not fit any human being due to its measures(very long sleeves, extremely short in the back).
Worst part is, the compay takes advantage of the COVID-19 situation to advertise their items as the "store is forced to close".
As expressed by so many others, do not by from this so called company. If you, for any reason, still want any of the items advertised - go find them much cheaper on any site selling items from China(Wish, aliexpress etc.)

SCAM! Avoid! You will get the FAKEST Zara jacket for twice as much. Quality is very bad. Not leather! it not f$@%ing closing sale. They lure you in with that but it is total scam! Save your money!!!!!

|Package took a while to get here, but the product is great. Dont think they are actually going out of business since that advertisement has been going on for months and they are ADDING products to the website. Would probably be false advertisement if someone reported it. But the two purchases I have made have been beautiful

I don’t know why y’all are mad because mine came and it’s really nice. I was scared after reading the reviews but it’s just as I thought it was going to be. Exact to the picture. Hilarious. It’s obviously not real leather of course but I already knew that when I purchased it.

This company is a total scam. I wish I had done my homework before purchasing off them. You can buy the exact same products from Aliexpress for a fraction of the price. I could see the tracking on the jacket I brought and it came directly from China. The reviews are fake. They have taken the pictures used in the reviews of the product on Alipress and then rewritten the reviews themselves. They also offer a 20% discount for giving a 5-star review so people do the reviews before purchasing.

The jacket I brought is terrible quality, the fit is awful, the zips are bad and it smells like dead fish.

When I complained they said I couldn't return it and then stopped answering my emails.

Still haven't received my purchases after more than 6 weeks of waiting. I live in Finland, and first tracking code issued showed that package would come from Belgium. But this tracking code was "stuck" for couple of weeks, and after contacting M&M customer service, I got an explanation that "shipping company never picked up the item from our warehouse". Yeah right! I received a new tracking code, this time origin country was China! How did that happen - I thought I was buying from Europe... Well, learned a lesson here.

According to this new tracking code it still hasn't been even shipped out from their warehouse. almost one week now waiting for it to ship out. I wan't at this point to cancel my order, but M&M won't do that due to their "final sale" which has been going on for months btw.. They won't issue any refund - only a discount code to their webshop for future purchases - which I will FOR SURE not use! I won't buy anything from them again!

I'm starting a reclamation process via paypal.

Now seeing these reviews in Trustpilot, I wish I never even ordered, as many reviews claim the quality to be awful as well..!

I give 1 star because I cant give them zero. The Brand is a TOTAL SCAM. They promise leather jacket, and you get plastic PU jacket that came from China. The 5 stars in this site are paid from Mark and Morten. No one with good taste and knowledge of how the real leather look, feel and smell, will give them good reviews. DO NOT BUY!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Wish I had checked the reviews here before I bought from them! They edit the reviews on their website so they only get 5 star reviews.
By far the worst service I have had with an online retailer EVER. First off, they have been going out of business for the past several months so their ‘Final Sale’ does not end ‘today’. Second, the jacket I bought was an absolutely piece of cheap garbage. Not worth £10 let alone the £230 they claim they originally sold for. Mine came damaged and they replaced it with, another damaged one. They then just ignored my emails from then on so I had to fight for 2 months to get a refund, which eventually came when I opened a case with PayPal.
AVOID. AVOID. AVOID!!!!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Worst customer service - they just stop responding when they hear what they did wrong, like sending me the wrong jacket colour. That was perhaps the most forgivable issue. They sent cheap jackets from China, incorrect branding, smelly jacket and packaging, etc. What a waste! And terrible customer service - I hesitate to call them a company because they are a scam in every way possible. STEER CLEAR! You're welcome.

The parcel never arrived (stuck in transit forever) and I am not given a refund either because they're just making excuses one after another. Avoid!!

I´m from Colima, Mexico. Ordered the jacket and within a month, it arrived.
I love it!

Poor quality jacket, comes from China and definitely not the high quality designer quality they advertise on their "closing down sale" website which has been up for at least 3 months still advertising it as the final day sale. Going through PayPal to get my money back as the hood lining does not match up to the outer jacket and has big gaping holes where the cheap buttons and mismatched zip connects. As with other reviewers I left comments on their instagram advert which made me initially buy from them and it disappeared pretty quickly. Do not buy from them
