I purchased a Nebula Splutter after seeing numerous ads on Facebook and Instagram.
The products come direct from China and are marked worth £10 to avoid paying tax at the border (I have taken a picture and intend to report the company to the Inland Revenue).
We are accustomed buying quality and the minute I open the box the appearance of the product is one of inexpensive plastic that looks nothing like the picture on the web site. There is no order confirmation in the box or reference to Marks Lights so initially I was unsure what it was. My experience of other orders I have made online at least has the order papers in the box.
The product requires complete assembly by the purchaser and the electricals do no appear similar to the ones from normal uk products. We were frankly shocked and demanded a refund but the owner told us we must return the product to china at our own expense. Having paid £255 for the products I was told that I had to pay £65 to return the product to china. I have never been so disappointed and tbh if I personally have now decided I only will buy from reputable British retailers with a high street presence.
I am able to write this review as I have now received a refund from the company
