The showroom attendant was friendly and personable but seemed to have very little experience and he needed a lot of support from management which caused for a very long evening with multiple register errors that took lengthy corrections from management before we could finally close the sale late into the evening. So, for the showroom attendant we give *** 3-stars, since he is learning, but clearly needs much more training from his supervisor.
As for the Sleep Natural Skygarden Cushion Firm Eurotop that we paid top dollar for, we have never been more than disappointed in the quality of a mattress. Being a middle age couple, we have owned several mattresses over the years. And, this is the first time we have every felt ripped-off. The product is a huge disappointment to say the least; especially considering $3k+ price tag. The quality is simply not there. The mattress is lumpy and has multiple pressure points making for many very uncomfortable nights. After multiple trips to the chiropractor, we still ache every morning and are planning to give the mattress away. It does seem to sleep better with just one person, but considering that we are a married couple, one person on the bed and one on the couch only works if you are in a dispute, LOL! We would never buy this bed again and we have been telling all of our friends to stay away from this product. As for the mattress we can only give it *1-star. That's only because it looks good, but nothing else good can be said. Sorry to sound so harsh, but it is the cold hard truth. (no pun intended) So, this gives our experience with Marks Mattress Outlet an overall average rating of **2-stars.

Jeff was very helpful in the purchase and pickup process. He even helped me load the mattress into my vehicle! I love the mattress and plan to go to Marks Mattress again for any sleeping aids I need.

Excellent customer service. Very nice and very knowledgeable. Not pushy and allowed us to make our decision without being persuaded to something we didn't like.

Arthur helped me so much even though I ultimately purchased from Matthew at the Nolensville store because he had the mattress i preferred in inventory. Both guys were great. Matthew wasn’t pushy. He was patient and he knew about each mattress and he discussed pros and cons. I would look up information on the spot to confirm and he was always correct with his information and knowledge on each mattress. I was super impressed!
