I don't want to get all mushy about this, but the support team at marks is great, and dealt with a very minor problem quickly and politely. They seem fungis to be honest. Some fun mushroom types to try.

I love wild mushrooms they're packed with flavour you have to try them to believe it. On toast, in a stew or casarole, I dry and powder them. Try a pinch on soup or meat. So many uses and not a lot of money.

My first order. I went for the King Oysters, which I’ve eaten before. The quality, packaging and delivery were all excellent. I will definitely be ordering again very soon. I also made the King Oyster Mushroom Bacon recipe, which was great, though the cooking time seems far too long. Mine were ready in 15 mins at 190 in an electric fan oven!

I've been buying from Mark's Mushrooms for over six months now, and have to say I'm over the moon with the quality of the produce. They are always so fresh, well-packed in recyclable packaging and they keep for ages in the fridge. I've also been really impressed with the company's communication, especially their interaction with customers on social media, showing themselves to really value their customers. The plethora of fantastic recipes they regularly release on their website have been a fabulous resource for me to really make the most of my mushrooms and have even inspired me to create some dishes of my own. I can't recommend Mark's Mushrooms highly enough.

I love these fresh mushrooms!! We have started using mushrooms more and more to cook and you can't get the quality and freshness anywhere else in the UK. Most mushrooms are tasteless and poor quality so I was so impressed in the quality and freshness of their mushrooms! Full of flavour and very very delicious. Mushrooms received were phenomanal! Arrived the next day and were SOOOO fresh, I was cooking for a vegan and they were v impressed, full of flavour. Will definitely be ordering again. p.s. recycable packaging was nice to see!

I live in London and to get quality mushrooms like these I'd have to look in Borough market and very upmarket shops.
