The pillow goes completely flat

The pillow goes completely flat, zipped or unzipped. I bought a “king sized” pillow, which did not have enough stuffing to even fill the whole pillow. I had to fold it.
After a few hours I was able to stuff it back in the small box for a return. This 70 dollar pillow was no better than the 10 dollar pillows on display. So disappointed, and I definitely don’t recommend.

We regret placing an order with Marlow…

We regret placing an order with Marlow Pillow. Only after we placed the order did they disclose that they were way behind on order fulfillment after the holidays. We were uncomfortable with their vague timeframe, which was basically "we'll get to your order when we can." So we tried to cancel the order. But then they started playing games. First, they went into smarmy used car salesman mode of trying to manage our objections. "Your order will probably ship in about 10 days or more. Can't you wait?" Then, when we made it clear that we wanted to cancel the order so we could buy elsewhere, they moved to their second game of "our system will not allow us to cancel." Man. It's shouldn't be so hard to buy something online. It should be simple: You give a company your money and they send a product in a timely manner. If there is going to be a weeks-long delay from the time you order, they should tell you that upfront so one can make a decision before the order is placed. But no, greed prevents them from doing that. They keep taking orders regardless of their capacity to fill them. Their arrogance in trying to force us into letting them hold on to the order means that they'll now have to deal with a credit card change back and we will NEVER purchase from them again. All we wanted was new pillows. What we got was silly games and a huge hassle.
